Candidates admitted after counselling for PG shall be required to deposit their following original certificates at the time of admission in the Dean’s Office, Faculty of Unani Medicine:-

  • SSC or equivalent certificate (as proof of Date of Birth)
  • Registration Certificate
  • Internship Completion Certificate
  • BUMS Marksheet (Ist Prof. to Final Prof.)
  • BUMS Degree.
