Eligibility Details

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Architecture.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University (two year of work experience in real estate would be preferred)
  • Candidates who are appearing for their final examination of their bachelor’s degree can apply for admissions which will be granted provisionally and shall be confirmed once they produce their results.
  • Candidates who have completed their Undergraduate Degree from an overseas Board or University will have to mandatorily submit an AIU equivalent certificate as confirmation of their eligibility.

  • A merit list shall be prepared based on the scores obtained in both written test and personal interview
