Indore, December 2023: In an important gathering that reshaped the scene of human assets, SVKM’s NMIMS Indore Campus gladly facilitated the phenomenal 'HR Conclave-People Puzzle'. The occasion has witnessed the meeting of industry-leading Human Asset titans, forward-thinking thought pioneers, and reputed academicians from national and multinational associations, with more than 300 enthusiastic and futuristic students.

Chief Human Asset Officers (CHRO) and HR officials from driving firms and associations from all over the nation have marked their presence at this gathering. Mr. Sushant Kumar has shared his thoughts by pointing out how the work culture influences employee retention within the organization. He emphasized that the role of organizational culture and values in employees' decision-making to stay in the company creates a positive impact.

Mr. Anand Mishra also stressed the same fact that work culture plays a critical role in employee retention. He said that he also believes that training training-oriented and positive corporate environment is crucial in retaining visionary and futuristic employees. 

At the Conclave, prominent HR leaders discussed various aspects of HR administration zones such as engagement, maintenance, execution, learning and improvement, emoluments, perks benefits, and changed management. These talks are placed in three panels: ‘Retention as the Modern Recruitment,’ ‘Engaging the Gen Z in Present day WorkForce,’ and ‘Managing Execution of Crossover WorkForce.’ These talks were facilitated by moderators of the event. 

According to Mr. Unmesh Pawar, the way associations and HR officials explore challenges relating to the needs and desires of today's workforce will play a crucial role in future workspace environments. He stated that there is a need for a collaborative and cooperative environment that contains everyone's skills and experiences for the overall development of the organization.

Mr. Gaurish Waugh discussed the recruitment and onboarding process for the current and potential workforce. He pointed out that HR professionals need to integrate effective training and development modules at the pre-onboarding stage. According to him, it will help in attracting the right talent for the designated position.
