NMIMS Indore Student Council organized a challenge named “Pen to Prosperity: The Narendra Modi Manuscript Challenge”. This challenge is a unique initiative that provided UG, PG, and school students of classes XI and above a platform to show their literary genius and admiration for the honourable PM’s visionary leadership. Manuscripts selected in this challenge will become a part of the book to be written by Dr. Vinay Kandpal, aiming to chronicle the inspiring life and transformative governance policies of the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.

Dr. Vinay Kandpal is an experienced person with over 19 years of rich experience in academia and industry. 52 research papers in leading journals are under his name. He has presented his work at globally renowned universities and has also written five prolific books on various topics of management.

The book aims to capture a wide range of audiences such as supporters, critics, and researchers who wish to have a comprehensive understanding of the life, and political career of Shri Narendra Modi and the changed political landscape of India after his becoming the PM of India. The books will offer readers an account of his leadership, accomplishments, and challenges. Readers will be able to explore his vision for the nation through transformative policies and analyze the impact of his leadership on political, economic, and social realms.

The ‘Pen to Prosperity: The Narendra Modi Manuscript Challenge’ was open nationwide to students from every part of the country. Students were allowed to submit a maximum of 2 manuscripts of 2,000 words each written in English language. The submitted manuscripts were reviewed by a specialized committee and the best submissions were to be selected to feature in the final manuscript. A certificate will be awarded to the winning participants and will be offered co-authoring opportunities. Students were allowed to submit their manuscripts through Google Forms and the last date for submission of the manuscripts was 31 October 2023. Students can check their results within two weeks of the submission deadline.
