The students have an ample amount of facilities at the RGUHS campus such as 

• Library: The RGUHS has a library that has over 1.5 lac books, 8,000 journals and 9,000 dissertations, also they have an e-library section that can be accessed anytime by any student of RGUHS.

• Labs: The university has Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, and Pathology.

• Hospital: RGUHS has a hospital attached to the university that has more than 700 beds that offer medical treatments for students, staff members and civilians.

• Hostels: Separate Hostels for men and women with wifi and mass facilities are available. Hostel rooms are big with beds, tables and chairs in every room. 

• Sports: The university has various sports facilities such as ground for basketball, cricket, football, kabaddi, table tennis, volleyball, and throwball
