RGUHS offers UG, PG, and doctoral-level courses in all branches of Medical education. MBBS and BDS are flagship courses at RGUHS. RGUHS Admissions FAQs
Ques. How can I get direct admission for BPharma at RGUHS?
Ans. Usually, RGUHS BPharma admission is based on the merit scored in the KCET examination. However, if the candidate shows a strong academic performance in all the previous qualifying examinations, RGUHS may consider the candidate for direct admission.
Ques. Can I get a refund of my admission fees if I cancel my admission?
Ans. Yes. RGUHS does refund the fees to the students. The fee will be refunded in case the students cancel their admission or discontinue their studies at RGUHS. All the affiliate colleges of RGUHS also follow the same principle and return the fees to the student in case of cancellation of admission.
Ques. Do I have to pay a penalty if I resign from my seat at RGUHS?
Ans. No. RGUHS does not charge any penalty to students who discontinue their education at the University or its affiliated colleges. On the request of parents, RGUHS has directed all the affiliated colleges not to charge any penalty to return the original documents to the student in case of discontinuation of the course.
Ques. Can I get BPharma admission at RGUHS with a merit in the COMEDK entrance examination?
Ans. Yes. Candidates with a qualifying cutoff score in COMEDK (Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka) can get admission for Bpharma at RGUHS. COMEDK entrance examination score is widely accepted at RGUHS and its affiliated colleges.
Ques. What is the entrance examination scheme for Ph.D admission at RGUHS?
Ans. RGUHS Ph.D Admission Entrance Examination question paper is divided into 2 papers. Each paper contains 50 marks questions. The questions papers must be answered in one and a half hours each. The examination will be conducted in 2 sessions and each paper will have 10 questions of 5 marks each.
Ques. What are the documents required for RGUHS admission?
Ans. RGUHS admission for any course requires some basic documents. The list of the documents required for any admission at RGUHS is as follows;

- 10+2 Mark Sheet
- Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Caste Certificate if applicable
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Passport Size Photographs
Ques. Can I do double PG at RGUHS?
Ans. Yes. Pursuing a double PG at RGUHS is possible. However, the candidate must first clear all the papers in the first specialization to be eligible for admission to another PG specialization. There should not be any backlogs in the earlier PG.
Ques. What is the maximum duration allowed to complete the Ph.D program at RGUHS?
Ans. Generally, Ph.D at RGUHS must be completed in 3 years if the candidate has opted for a full-time program. If the candidate is pursuing a part-time Ph.D program, then the maximum duration is 5 years. However, the candidate must complete the course 7 years from the date of registration for the course.
Ques. Does RGUHS offer internships for BPT courses?
Ans. Yes. RGUHS offers BPT courses at the UG level. The duration of the course is 4 years. After the completion of the course, the students undergo a compulsory internship of 6 months.
Ques. How is the Ph.D admission finalized at RGUHS?
Ans. The Ph.D registration committee will send their final decision about the admission to the Vice-chancellor. Once the Vice-chancellor approves, the provisional admission letter will be sent to the candidate by the Research Department. The letter will ask the candidates to confirm their admission by depositing the admission fee within the specified time. If the candidate fails to pay the fee in the given time frame, the admission stands cancelled.

This college is of Rajiv gandhi University which is one of the best universities known .and also here the faculties are very good at teaching .this college will be at the top in the rank list .I have joined in this college in management seat by a person .they told that this college has freedom and students are allowed to go out every week .but after some days they told we should only go out once in a month .the rules are changed after joining this college .total studying experience is good.

I choose the collage for the BSc medical imaging technology based on several key factors Academic reputation: The collage has strong track record in paramedical sciences and is affliated with a recognised health science university and the curriculum is well structured Clinical exposure: One of the main reason I opted the collage was it’s tie up with a multi speciality hospital. For good aspects it's my home town and also best college sources which have high patient count which helps to see different cases and learn better and have experienced staff From bad aspects not many but it's not good for one who expects good infrastructure and high standards of class rooms and facilities it's old college with somewhat limited facilities From aspects have to give neet UG exam and after scoring good marks appear for counciling select the college
