Read Full ReviewIt was my dream to choose this course. I couldn't clear it in one go so I had to take a year drop n prepare for it. The faculties are good and very supportive. Term exams are according to RGUHS board every year.
I got my seat through kea counselling. I got in the mop up round. It is a good college, with good academics and clinical exposure. Cut off for general merit in 2021 was 511

If you complete your course normally and in base type of good marks you should pretty much get good campus placements, you could either get at SIMSRC or somewhere else. Around 100%students gets placements of them around 90%gets placement outside SIMSRC,the other 10%gets placement at SIMSRC.Above mentioned 10%students are of 95to100%marks students. My plan is to go outside India to foreign or European countries and to get an nursing job there and get settled there.
Read Full ReviewI always wanted to be a doctor, so it made me choose MBBS, the faculty and teaching is genuinely good and they are available when you need them. Exams were on scheldule and very very well planned especially for finals Many colleges got only one day gap between 2 papers but we started early and got 2 days gap between 2 papers which was very helpful in spite of us starting the finals before all other colleges We started 10-15 days earlier than most colleges and wrt RGUHS
There is a compulsory internship for one year after completion of the course making it a 5 year course , patient inflow is good and doctors are paid around 10k a month, we are exposed to all types of departments and a completion of 365/365 days is a must to say the internship is complete
Read Full ReviewThe study of medicine is all I ever dreamed of! The doctor is a prestigious profession in society. In Sapthagiri, the professors are well-educated with well-developed skills for teaching and helping students in the curriculum. They set the question paper in exams according to the ability of students to approach.
After completing the MBBS UG studies one has to complete their one-year internship in the hospital to get a better experience. My plans after MBBS UG are to clear the MBBS PG exams and study Master of Surgery in Obstetrics and gynecology.
Read Full ReviewMBBS was my dream so I chose this course to study. Faculty people have done either MD or BPT. We have 3 internals during the course and one final exam at the end of the year and it will be moderately difficult. Fees for admission to the college total 4 lakhs and the final exam fee is 8800. I didn't get any scholarship this year because of some issues.
Admission is done through KCET or neet counseling sessions conducted by the government, I got into this college based on my rank, and I got allotted in general only and then admitted to our college by giving them all the required documents and details of mine and by signing the affidavit and all documents like caste certificate, rural certificate, marks card, health certificate, neet, and crt scorecards.
Read Full ReviewThe curriculum is good but being new to the course initially, we will find it a bit difficult to adjust to this phase but gradually we will be ok with it. Academics wise the college is super. The teaching faculty is wow. Teachers are highly graduated and qualified many with medical degrees and MS. All the teaching faculty have completed their studies from top colleges and they teach us well. I was passionate about being a doctor so I chose this course. The term exams were held in 3 months once and we had time to prepare. The teachers had prepared us for term exams with regular tests during classes. The fee has increased this year since the college has become a university and the cost is a bit high is what we feel. I have tried for a scholarship in the State Scholarship Portal but I didn't receive any.
The internship is done in the hospital and through our college itself. Interns are even paid for their work. But no proper salaries are given for interns and PG students in our college. They had to struggle to get their salaries. Eligibility criteria are that they must complete their degree fully without dues in any year. Having many dues can't help the students to proceed forward.
Read Full ReviewMy passion for learning medicine brought me in the way to choose this course. I feel honored to be learning this. We have exams every 2 -3 months with surprise tests in between which makes us to be able to understand where we stand in terms of understanding. The level of difficulty is moderate but teachers make sure to discuss the exam paper to make us understand better.
Placements are dependent on the NEXT exam we write and according to my knowledge my seniors have secured wonderful seats in colleges and I can say it's for the efforts of our teachers who are cooperative during our doubt sessions
Read Full ReviewThere is ssp scholarship for reserved categories which gives upto 60,000 per year, I choose this course by my own will because I wanted to become a doctor .most teachers are knowledgeable and qualified.teaching is average.exams were conducted according to schedule and was moderate level of difficulty.there is no fee hike.first year you will have to pay a bit extra.35000 for me and from the next year's no extra fee.
No placements. We have to search for job later by ourselves. Internship is compulsory and they rarely pay anyone for that. Starting package for the doctors after pg is 12 lakhs per annum. They are paid good.
