I got a government seat through NEET state quota.I had to pay 1,41,000 to KEA and extra 70,000 to the college for my first year and then 1,41,000+45000 every other year . There are other scholarships which can be used too. People can join through NEET or management. Neet government seat cost around 2 lakh and private seat costs around 10-20 lakh, manegement seats cost 1 crore. Cut off depends upon your reservation..I got 55000 rank in neet and I belong to general category.
There is ssp scholarship for reserved categories which gives upto 60,000 per year, I choose this course by my own will because I wanted to become a doctor .most teachers are knowledgeable and qualified.teaching is average.exams were conducted according to schedule and was moderate level of difficulty.there is no fee hike.first year you will have to pay a bit extra.35000 for me and from the next year's no extra fee.
No placements. We have to search for job later by ourselves. Internship is compulsory and they rarely pay anyone for that. Starting package for the doctors after pg is 12 lakhs per annum. They are paid good.
There is one fest every year called Aura. It usually occurs around June. It is fun but not amazing. Other than that we celebrate Ganesh chaturthi and kannada rajojyostva. Freshers day is not conducted ( teachers decision). Library has good enough books . Classroom has no amenities..some fans don't work.no proper ventilation. There is projector , TV and a mic that works. Some benches are broken , cleanliness is average. Washrooms are not clean, no proper water supply. No social groups or clubs. Hostel is bad.bad food.bad facilities.strict warden(not student friendly).hostel costs 9000 per month.better option is to rent a room or pg nearby.many are present.
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students

All the faculties are extremely well qualified from top institutions of the world and they are all extremely approachable and nice. The term exams we had were split like CP1, CP2, and CP3 of 20+25+25 marks each. They were some easy ones, and some application based, which develops the engineering thinking mindset
