I got in through the counselling process after giving the NEET exam. I didn’t do that well so in my marks range this was a good college. My dad and brother are doctors and they also told it’s not a bad college, it’s good I asked many people in the college before joining and they had a reasonable review
I always wanted to be a doctor, so it made me choose MBBS, the faculty and teaching is genuinely good and they are available when you need them. Exams were on scheldule and very very well planned especially for finals Many colleges got only one day gap between 2 papers but we started early and got 2 days gap between 2 papers which was very helpful in spite of us starting the finals before all other colleges We started 10-15 days earlier than most colleges and wrt RGUHS
There is a compulsory internship for one year after completion of the course making it a 5 year course , patient inflow is good and doctors are paid around 10k a month, we are exposed to all types of departments and a completion of 365/365 days is a must to say the internship is complete
Okay so we have hostel and bus services that’s the college provides. I haven’t taken the hostel services but transport, yes. My tuition fees is 22L per year as I got in through general merit private seat. There is something called skill lab fees which is 55k for the year These are fixed. Categories like government seat is 1.5L per year and the management seat varies but begins from 30-40L per year. Transport was 45k last year for the entire year but this year it is increased to 55k Tuition and skills lab is standard fees but transport and hostel is increasing every year. I’m not quite sure of the increase in the hostel fees but there is an increase. There is a scheme of SSP for certain students too which may help reduce the fees even more.
Honestly speaking, there is no campus like and there is no “campus” It’s just 3 buildings and I was told not to expect much of the campus The washrooms for women are terrible to be honest and classrooms have pegions laying eggs and everything and having water available is a big difficulty But certain washrooms are good but are only on certain floors and have proper water facilities
For our degree program we have well placement opportunities other than bsc agriculture and btech biotechnology. For our college only company will come like itc, shula wine, Nestle etc and they offer good package minimum around 4lakh and some have aptitude test and interview some direct interview
There are top rated faculties which are present in the college who have pursued MBBS and MD degrees from top colleges and have for an exam to become a professor in this college and the teaching skills are pretty great as they make a topic pretty easy to understand for students
The placement and job opportunities are good in our college. Our college provides us only with UG Courses so most of the students pursue higher education after that. The placements are good in our college. If I talk about internships so they are very good. Our college provides both paid and unpaid internships to students.
the average package is 6 lpa and highest is 14 lpa and there is a placement cell that helps students to get placed. the placement rate of our college is 90%. and the companies come to our college is tcs, tech mahindra, infotech, zelethra, wipro etc.

The criteria is the cgpa should be above 7 and the companies visited are wipro, flipkart, amazon etc. the highest package is 48 lakh per annum and lowest pacuis 3 lakh per annum and the average is 6 lakh per annum
The placement of the college is excellent in the cse stream it has an average package of 9 lakh per annum and highest package of 38 lakh per annum it is a good salary or package for an engineer so it is good placement
Faculties are well qualified and some of them are doing active research. However the college does not have a very active research environment but they do not hinder a student from taking up projects outside. They provide all support like recommendations, attendance permissions etc.
All the faculties are well qualified and quite renowned in their research fields. However some of them have this quality of holding personal grudge and targeting. Some assume you know a lot and don't teach properly and expect more from the student. There is a lot of pressure even with internals, assignments and other things.
For placement, The student shouldnt have any backlogs. There are companies that are stated as "Great Places to Work" as well as some startups that come for college recruitment. The highest package last year (2023) was 6000000, and the average package of the university is approximately 850000. A good percentage of people who opt for placements do get placed decntly. My plans after my BBA are writing GMAT and going for my MBA abroad in a good college.
