The campus structure at Magadh University is such that it is housed in a total area of 600 acres of land at an altitude of 131 meters, between latitude 24o 41’ N & Longitude 85o 58’ E. The University’s jurisdiction covers some big cities like Gaya, Patna, Nalanda, Jehanabad, Nawada, Arwal, and Aurangabad in Bihar between latitude 24o 30’ N & Longitude 83o 58’ E & 86o 5’E. Presently, it has more than 300 affiliated colleges, forty-four constitutional colleges, three law colleges, two engineering colleges, two dental colleges, 80+ teachers training colleges, and four minority colleges. It is the largest university in Bihar.
