- The community is the best part of the college. The relationship between juniors and seniors is much better than other colleges and the hierarchy is close to non existent. The faculties are also extremely open and the student faculty relationship is extremely good.
- The campus hires visiting faculties for modules mostly and most of them are competent in house faculties are ok some are not good enough. Lots of issues with academics department regarding faculties usually happen.
Dislikes
- The location of the campus is the worst. Midway through Chandigarh and Delhi in a village called umri. The college is situated on the national highway. No public transport available outside the gate we need to call auto to even go buy essentials which are atleast a km away from the campus. The place is completely unsafe for students and especially women. A lot of predators and weird people who follow students in vehicles to the campus gates when we go outside.
- Infrastructure is average. Tools provided by college is fine but not enough for the amount of fees paid.
- The previous director was extremely unsupportive and negligent towards student issues. Students have felt ungeard and helpless in a lot of situations.
Remarks :
All students need to clear NID DAT written exam followed by studio test and then interview to get in. Acceptance percentages are extremely low. Even said to be lower than that of Harvard University. Each batch of each college has about 75 seats which will be split into 3 disciplines of 25 each.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum structure is different from normal colleges. A subject hours structure isnt followed here. The subjects are taught module wise where each module can last a minimum of 1 week to as long as 10/12 depending on the intensity of the module.
Internships Opportunities :
I am interning at an IISC startup called L2M Rail innovations as a product designer. The stipend im offered is 25000 per month. Since the company is a startupand most of the employees are engineers and researchers they do not have a clear idea of what design is and they lack a design team cause of which its difficult for a designer to navigate his role and responsibilities.
Placement Experience :
The campus isnt very supportive regarding placements. The students have formed a placement committee where immediate juniors reach out to companies for opportunities and internships. Highest package as per my knowledge is 16 lpa but i think students have recieved more. I am currently doing an internship at a startup. Planning to join a design studio later.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structures changes a little every semester and the last semester does not include hostel fees because final sem students will be working on their graduation project from home or a company depending on the type of GP. The average fee structure per semester is: Tuition fee ?150000, Hostel room rent ? 18400, Mess charges ?26250, Accidental insurance annual premium ?100. Security deposit (collected at the beginning of the first semester) ?10000.
Campus Life :
Since the number of students per batch is less the community is extremely close knit. Events happen pretty frequently where the students handle everything from organisation to participation. Student activity representatives are elected every year to take responsibility of student affairs.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities are average theres power backup and wifi and hot water. Theres been a lot of issues in plumbing throughout the year. Rain is an issue drainage of rain water isn't adequate. Washing machine numbers aren't enough and some of them are mostly not working or need service. Wifi speeds are average. Rooms are fine. Mess food is good. And service is also pretty good.

The professors are highly approachable and are well versed with their subjects. Use of new innovative teaching techniques are used. You're eligible for job if you're in your final year and not have any backlog in any subjects of the previous semesters then you can participates in the placement drive cells happens every year , the highest package was about 4 lakh and the average package was 1 lakh 50 thousand and about 60-70 percent students were placed

Its career development department helps students to get good placements. Many known pharmaceutical firms come here. This shows that students who complete a B.Pharm. degree at this university can have great career opportunities.
Best EMT College in Delhi-NCR
Placement Experience :
You have to be in the last semester to receive placemnet offers. There is no explicit eligibility criteria for it though. Some of the recruiters here include Manipal, Appolo, Fortis, Medanta. The highest package that i heard was 8LPA and teh average is around 4-5LPA. About 50-60% stduents acceot the placements. I personally want to be a paramedic at a top notch facility.
