- Infrastructure is quite nice with a large campus spread out across several aceres
- Faculty is ver knowledgeable and nice and are extremely helpful.
Dislikes
- Social scene is quite frustrating as it is located away from the city though the campus life makes up for it
- Location is another problem being far away from the city makes it a travel time of atleast half an hour to the main city but bus service is provided by the college.
Remarks :
Admission into this college is governed through the Common law admission test, a nation wide test administered by the consortium of nlus. Only based on your score in the test you are allowed a college. There are no further tests or interviews.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is quite engaging and the faculty are very learned and experienced, they are quite helpful with doubts and are more than happy to help students wether it be regarding studies or extra curriculum ie moot courts, questions of law, research papers etc.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not at this moment, no but from the seniors the internships are usually in top tier law firms such as Khatian, Cyril Amarchand mangaldas, Saraf, shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB partners etc, internships are also available under several prestigious alumni.
Placement Experience :
The placements and job opportunities are quite good, with internships providing ore placements offers and after the recruitment done by firms on campus, most of the people from the batch get placed as long as they have an average GPA . The packages can go as high as 27lpa or as low as 12 lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Average costs range from 2.5 lac per annum for those living in hostel. There are scholarships available for those students from reservations, depending on your parents income. For those from economically weaker sections the fees should be 1 lac less, averaging around 1.2 to 1.5 per person.
Campus Life :
There is a vibrant social life, with a lot of clubs for informational purposes and extra hobbies. The seniors are quite engaging and helpful and they a special love for bonding with their juniors. They are helpful and the bonds made in the hostel are everlasting. The library is the largest in all NLUS. In Totum counting e resources there might be over a million books from all facets of life. The Camus has an avid sports centre with proper facilities and a vibrant sports culture. The clubs over 20 of them are all run by the students and are managed themselves with only a faculty in charge.
Hostel Facilities :
The rooms are spacious for 2 people with beds, fans and desks. The mess provides food that is edible with biryani and special dinners every month. The hostel is allotted automatically and you can room with your friends.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
