Remarks :
I applied to different colleges through CUET EXAM such as Delhi University, Christ University, Doon Business School, Dr BR Ambedkar College, St Xavier's College Ranchi and St Xavier's College of management and technology I got selected and Dr BR Ambedkar College St xaviers College Ranchi and st xaviers College of management and technology... But due to some financial crisis I had opt for SXCMT. Yes I got rejected from other colleges like Delhi university because it does not offer BBA And Doon business school because of not being in Elite category. Admission process of my college is as follows You have to apply for the application of admission on the official site Once you get selected you will be called for Xavier entrance test The eligibility criteria is minimum 75% in the test Once you pass the test you will be called for a personal interview in which, principal , dean of college, HOD of department of applied for and vice principal would be present
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are over all very nice and knowledgeable many of the professors have done their PhD before coming into the educational field The course have been very helpful as it is just a stepping stone towards the future entrepreneurs that wants to build their own company and startup and want to have a proper knowledge for business purposes. Some of the students who wants to go to other field in business or finance or marketing or accounts will have a proper knowledge that would encompass there expertise in different industry and fields. Exams are of different categories such as internal assessment which contains model test of 60 marks which cuts of to 40 marks, CIA test, CIA activities which holds marks, many exhibitions seminars that holds marks and these are taken within a semester The external is of 60 marks And internal and external students have to minimum pass by 24 marks each so that they can have at least 48 out of 100 and must contain above 5 CGPA.
Internships Opportunities :
There are two options that has to be opted by the students that either they can go for the internships provided within the city itself by the college or they can search for different opportunities of internship and different cities. Options are always open to the student and they have to fill an placement form for that there should be a proper record of who has been provided internship through college and who has been opted by themselves to other companies. I did my internship from Aakash institute Patna Many of them has done there internship from different companies outside Patna and different cities. College provides internships in Times of India, Bank of India, Axis Bank, Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, and different startup companies that has been started by their aluminies
Placement Experience :
In our college starting from the 6th semester of the course students are eligible for campus placement. They can either opt as applying for other companies or campus placement will be provided as per their academic progression. Latest placement through our college was in Asian paints of 6.25 lpa And second placement was of 5.5 lpa The companies that has been visited for campus recruiting are Axis Bank, Asian paints, Bank of Baroda, Hindustan Unilever, Nestle, Bank of India, Dainik Jagran, Dainik Bhaskar, HDFC Bank etc. 38% of students are getting campus recruiting if only they have been excelled in their academic progression My plans after getting the degree is that if I get a campus placement I will opt for it for at least 2 years and then I will appear for CAT examinations and then I will purse you my MBA and get a job or will appear for banking and SSC examination to get a government job.

Campus Life :
The annual festival of SXCMT is Xavier fest (XEST) in which there are dance competitions gaming competitions, coding competition food stall competition singing competition, acting competition, fashion shows ramp walks etc There are huge varieties of books and magazines and catalogs in our library available for each and every student they can you reach out to the librarian, fill a booklet slip find the class number of the book from the computer system and submit it to get your booklet Every classroom has a projector and screen provided to the professors to teach an effective and efficient manner. Sports and extra curricular activities have been on the priority list of our college as every year sports day, Ranji cricket match, inter college football competitions, jashn-E-Nukkad, Carol competition and etc are conducted. Clubs are Xavier theatre club, dance club, dhwani club, coding club, YFI, NSS, Quiz club, Anchoring club, paw print club which rescues animals
Hostel Facilities :
I haven't opted for college but there are few friends of mine who do love in hostels But mostly what I've heard and seen is that it is a separate hostel for both male and females and it is good, the environment, people, food everything is nice

Placement Experience :
Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite outdated. 75% attendance is mandatory to give exams. Faculties are overall good and supportive in ECE branch. Every faculty is well qualified,most of them are phd degree holders or pursuing PhD from a reputed institute like IIT,NITs. End semester Exams occur every 5-6 months.And mid term is held between the semesters. ( One mid term each semester).Exams are quite difficult as it is not an autonomous University.End semester copy checking is not done properly. Improper markings are given to few students.

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
