- Most of the computers in the computers are old or not working properly
- The college is situated a kilometer away from a bus stop which is difficult for a hosteller
Remarks :
I was looking for a college in a different city or another district. I was then recomended this college. I decided to chose this college because i did not have much options and there were open seats for computer science in this college during my time of admission. I cannot say i regret chosing this college because i had a lot of great time here. There was no entrance examination or any group discussions or interviews to get into the college. The good aspect is the college is located in a good place but it is a lot further from town which is bad as hostel student. The college has a decent sports background in both cricket basketball and even football. They also have a very good sports ground. The college offers nice library which has a lot of good books for both professional topics and also literature. The teachers are dedicated.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen a degree in computer science. I chose this course because i have a intrest in coding. There is also a very good and wide range of oppurtunity for computer science students in the job market today and in the near future. There is a lot of competition but still it is a good course. The course is for four years and there would be two additional years if you cannot complete it in four years. There are eight semesters with eight semester exams and sixteen series examinations which is half of our internals . Most of the teachers who are teaching us is graduated from this own college . Every teachers has their own teaching methods and since corona virus they changed the teaching method. The externals would be easy if you could study well for your series exams. Since most of the portions would be covered there.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In my college the fees structure are divided into three parts. The management quota then merit students then Nri students. I am an NRI student therefore i have a fees of one lakh and thirty students. It is paid in the beginning of every academic year. The other two have different types of fees structure. In merit categories the fees depend on our plus two marks and our marks in the keam entrance examination or any other examination. Their fees ranges from thirt five to eighty five thousand per a year. Then there are the management students. To be eligible for the management seat you need good marks in your higher secondary examination and also you need to pass the keam entrance examination. Their fees relay from the range of seventy five to eighty five rupees. There many other different types of scholarship you could take. There is also a ten thousand rupees as a caution deposit. There are no donations to give.
Campus Life :
The college has 5 blocks and three hostels along with a workshop for the mecanical students. The campus life is good since most of the students you meet here are friendly especially the day scholars. You can have many oppurtunity to showcase your talents whether in sports or in arts. There are arts day, freshers day, sports day etc. The college has a big library with books of many topics. You can find books for your every subject and also for your leisure read. The college organizes a fest every two or three years. My first fest was held in may of last year. It was a three day event. The college has a very good football team and basketball team. There are many professional groups you could join like ieee and iedc. There are also groups like nss and yrc . These groups can help us a lot in our future. The college has pages in social media platforms. The college account is @eyesonicet.
Hostel Facilities :
The college has two hostels available. One is for the first year students. It is a newer hostel which is very clean and nicely furnished. There is also a second hostel where the rest of the year students reside. The hostel mess is available. You can apply for the hostel during your admission process. The hostel would be open from 6 in the morning to 8:30 in the night. The mess is menu has both veg and non veg foods. The quality is good but the taste is low since i am from a malabar region.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
