Likes
- The college campus is vast and green. The infrastructure is basic and good, faculty is experienced and great. The campus life is good too.
- I like the peaceful environment of the campus.
Dislikes
- There are some departments with not really good infrastructure in college and they are not in good condition.
- Sometimes the faculty have prior engagements and have to leave the class or cancel the classes which puts burden of course completion on us and the professors too.
Remarks :
The good aspects of my college is that it is very academically focused and oriented. There are many opportunities laid infront of us and there are many responsibilities given to us as a committee when we join one. The admission process is through CET that everyone has to take, the cutoff is pervasive. I prepared through youtube videos for CET.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because it has a wide spectrum of knowledge, benefits and skills. This course is designed to be applied and develop practical knowledge and skills through different subjects we study in it. The faculties are highly qualified and PhD holders with their unique way of teaching through presentations, taking real life examples etc. The exams are conducted every month as internals which are of 20 marks. The external is the final exam of the semester which is of 60 marks and it generally has a moderate level.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I opted for internship at Acmegrade Pvt Limited, Bangalore in the field of Stock Marketing and Cryptocurrency. Currently i am still learning through the classes. The projects are usually given on the internship opted.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for basic placements can be with an undergraduate degree. Recruiters like Amazon, Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte etc. The highest package offered was 57 LPA and avg package offered was around 6-8 LPA. The percentage of students getting placement is around 80-90% which also depends upon the potential and capability of the student/candidate. My plans after getting the degree is doing masters and then PhD in the same field itself.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees paid was around 60,000-70,000 in my first year. The fees is paid semester wise and for my third semester I paid 29,862. The exact tuition fee lies around 10-15K, development fees lies around 10K and other fees as in uni fees and exam fees is respectively around 3,000 and 4,000. The male batch-mates of my class have to pay a slightly higher amount than us females. There are scholarships provided on the basis of your +2 grade percentage.
Campus Life :
There are many fests, events held in the college. Events like TEDx DAVV, Colors, Holi Celebration, Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturthi are all celebrated wholeheartedly in their respective months. There is a wide variety of books available at the Central Library of DAVV of any course. Amenities in the classrooms are all provided like projectors, proper boards for studying/teaching. There are many sporty activities available like Badminton, Cricket, Marathons, Triathlons etc. There are many clubs formed related to studying, NGOs, sports etc. There is the official page of DAVV on instagram where every event and happenings is posted there.
Hostel Facilities :
No I didn't opt for a hostel. Though I know many students have opted for a hostel facility which ranges around 7000 to 9000 per month in Indore. I don't have any idea about students living in the campus’s hostel.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal

If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.

MBBS a rollercoaster ????

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
