True and real review of a good college
Likes
- The semester exchange program with IITs IIITs BITS and many other great college I like the most and I also like it's less students intake.
- Secondly I like about the college is the study culture and the faculty in the college which is very good and interactive.
Dislikes
- Firstly the thing I dislike about the college is the small campus area and less facilities inside the campus,if we have to purchase some items we have to go out for it.
- Second thing I disliked about the college is that there is not much extra curricular activities the college main focus is on studies only.
Remarks :
The factors that made me to choose the college is its semester exchange program with IITs,IIITs, BITS and many other great college even college outside the India and the second factor is its study culture which is very good as the faculty is very good and interactive. The things which I disliked about the college is that there are not many extra curricular activities their main focus is on only studies and the campus is also very small , these are the things I disliked about my college l. The admission process is as follows - Firstly you should have score more than 60 in the 3 main subjects in your 12th board, Secondly you have to clear an interview round in which they will ask you some general questions in which no prepration is needed.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen B.Tech as it was my dream to become an engineer and I have chosen B.Tech in computer science and engineering as it is the future and it has more job opportunities as compared to other branches. Faculty are well qualified, some of the faculty are studied from IITs and institutions outside the India, the faculty is very good, interactive,they clear our doubts and problems,the method of teaching is also very good. In the semester there are mainly three exams two mid terms exams and end terms exams , quize are taken on the monthly basis and the difficulty of the exam is moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internship yet as I am in the 1st year but I have seen my seniors going for internship in different companies on paid basis, so I will say that the internship environment is good.
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities are very good. The highest offer made by the company this year was 22.5 LPA and the average package was 6.5 LPA There were total 30 companies visited and have made 50+ offers , the companyies were TCS, Infosys,IBM,JK group etc Nearly about 80% of the students have get on campus placements. My plans after getting an degree is to do job for 3-4 years get the experience of market and see how the industry works and then do a start-up.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees yearly - 260000 Academic fees for the first year only- 5000 Caution fees (refundable) for the firstyear only- 10000 No any charges Fees is same for all the categories Upto 100%scholarship is available based on your JEE score,12th Board Score and CUET score.I have got 15% scholarship on the basis of my 12th score.
Campus Life :
In the latest time fresher's party name Parichay 24 is organised in the month of August and in the month of October their will be a program held name Sabrang which will be of 3 days. The fests are average but enjoyable. Books and general are available in the library, mainly the course book is available in soft copy or the student wanted it in hard copy they can take it from library or take out the print of it. The facilities of sports is average not so good not so bad there are grounds for different sports,extra curricular activities on the campus is bas I say as they mainly focus on studies. There are different sports groups, fitness group, music group which are runed by seniors.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I have opted for hostel, the hostel facility is very very good the rooms are very good there are AC and Non AC rooms, three seater and two seater rooms are available kitchen is also available in every floor and their is two common washroom in each floor overall the hostel is very good. The mess food is okay type there is only ved cooked but non veg is also cooked on the paid basis, overall the food is good I say. If anyone wanted to rent room there are many societies within the 1km radius of the college and PG facilities are also their.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
