Likes
- There's alot of places for student to relax during off periods and we have a central library for students to refer.
- The college candeen provides us with a variety of meals and is affordable for all the students to have a full hearted meal
Dislikes
- The arts block is abit old and thus need some renovation. Renovations were made recently but however it needs to be improved in a lot of areas.
- There are alot of students who litter the washroom and this is the reason why most of the washrooms are not clean. It needs to be strictly checked by the concerned authority
Remarks :
This college had actually made its reputation in the society and within Nagaland University. My mother had studied in this institution as well and thus she was also a leading factor in my decision. Moreover the professors here were professional and excellent in their individual fields
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was very much interested in Politics from an early age, ultimately making me choose this course. Each of the professors are too notch in their own field and have the quality education to undertake the course with ease. No wonder they had to give one of the hardest exams in Nagaland. They have their own teaching methods. Some use powerpoint while some are excellent orators.
Internships Opportunities :
I have undergone through my first summer internship of my life this year. Our college had collaborated with many firms and establishments for students to take part in this internship. Evert student had to take part and decide their field of interest given . I complicated my internship at the firm Fingerprint Nagaland which is a printing service establishment incorporated on 3rd October 2016.
Placement Experience :
Our college doesn't have the facility to provide us job placements. There is no guarantee and thus we have to depend on ourselves for our future plans. I plan to take up Masters after this and prepare myself for civil examinations. Hoping for the best of the results.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have a one time admission fee for the whole semester since it is a government institution and thus it amounts to 6000 for a semester. Thus we pay almost 12000 for the whole year with everything included in it. Each semester is undertaken for 6 months
Campus Life :
We have a 44km square area and thus the college provides us with many build in facilities within the campus for the relaxation of students during off periods. I was quite surprised to notice that we had our own park. Sports and extracurricular activities takes place from time to time. We go inter college competitions and we hold rallys and social work where every student is a part of.
Hostel Facilities :
I'm currently staying in a hostel just 10 minutes away from the college. I travel through the local auto. I give an amount of 78000 per year for this hostel. The best thing about this hostel is the food. We get home cooked meals everyday and the dinner is always great. The accommodation is also decent and there are attached washrooms in every room. This the facilities meets the fees

The eligibility criteria for placement is being the gold medalist of your department. There have been very few recruiters over the past few years and less in the coming years. There are mo packages information so far as it is strictly confidential. Campus placements are not offered. Here in this College placements and job opportunities are very less than compared to other NIT colleges nowadays placements are very scarcity what are the placements offered by the company they are taking the placement so it is not sufficient to us and at coming to my time the placements are where hard to get a placement in an big company so I am trying hard forgetting and placement or in case I didn't get any placement I will write gate examination and I will go to my mtech for resides for IIT colleges.

No college does not provide any intenship but the placements are decent maximum 80 to 90% of students get placed with minimum lpa of 7.5 lakhs to max of 25 lakhs. L&t ,vedanata,tcs, genpact, alstrom, nse and bse are our top recruiters

in our college the placement percentage os 60-70% ,and the average package is 6 lakhs and highest is 16 lahks . and moreover in this institute we will get very less core jobs the max are IT domain jobs only.

The eligibility of the placement is that the minimum requirements is one should have a degree of any course The number of students getting placement cannot be said at the exact number since there are alot of jobs and placement of many sectors needless to say there are many who have landed a good opportunity My plans after getting degree is to work under a good organisation or a company.
