Internships Opportunities :
Six month internship done by aayurveda from Shubhdeep and six month allopathy internship done by mp in any dict hospital If you want done your all internship by ayurveda you can But not in allopathy.
Placement Experience :
Depends on your abilities Many governments vacancy are comes every year so preparing for that exam and crack it . Except this many private hospital hiring on interviews and experience. Also open private clinic

But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.
