Remarks :
It's is a well known and only government college located near my home. The selection of students was purely on merit basis based on class 12 marks back then in 2019. Now in 2024, 20% students were selected based on CUET scores and rest (80%) based on class 12 marks. One only has to fill admission form (through online only) and appear for document verification once merit list has been published. One can attend classes after that.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Almost all the teachers have PhD degrees except a few. They use both English and Hindi langue based on students preferences. They provide notes from standard book and also provides own well prepared notes. The exams always takes place timely, timely routine were provided.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Around 10000-11000 rupees considering admission fee and examination fee of 1st an Ad 2nd semester. Tuition and development fees are included in admission fees. However, laboratory and registration fees have to be paid separately during end semester exam form fill up. The admission and examination fees are same for all category students. Scholarships are available for only APSTs (Arunachal Pradesh Schedule Tribe) students.
Campus Life :
The campus is a lush green with many endangered trees. One can come from any part of the world to study here, and will face no problem as people, i.e., students are very friendly that comes from diverse communities. Annual college week is conducted in the month of March or April. The college has a small library with books, journals and newspapers. The classrooms are well equipted with projectors and whiteboards also. The college has a big playground where different sports can be played. The college has also a big auditorium which is used for playing indoor games. Clubs such as Green club organise cleaning drives routinely.
Hostel Facilities :
Campus life is good, main campus is around 200 to 300 metres from the main college gate. I haven't opted for hostel as this facility is provided to APSTs only. For applying hostel rooms, only has to fill an offline form. Rented rooms are available for both males and females around the college. PG are available for girls only, and no PG are there for boys. Rented rooms are available ranging from 1500 to 5000 or more, one can get a good room at around 2000.

The placement opportunity is decent. Year by year more companies are getting interested in hiring students from this college. The placement opportunities are not already upto the mark but it is getting better.

Various companies comes for placement in NERIST but many of which don’t provide a proper package most number of them provide around 3-4 LPA. Since this companies are mass recruiters so more than 50% of the students gets placed

Course Curriculum Overview :
The teachers are highly qualified. And tests occour monthly and since it is first year the test and exams are very very moderate . The exam of first year is given during December after which we get a vacation for few days after which the second sem begins and its exam occur at april

I choose this course because this was the only subject I was good at it , 1st & 2nd are easy but 5th is difficult and we need to do more hard work at this sem and the faculty members are really nice and understanding

Course Curriculum Overview :
Zoology was my subject since class 5 as I love studying this subject so I decided to took zoology as my honours in the university. All the faculty members of the university are good enough with a PhD . There held 3 sessional examination at a duration of 1month gap.
About NIT Papum Pare(Arunachal Pradesh)
Placement Experience :
Companies start visiting for placements from 7th semester, Many top companies such as C-DOT, Deloitte, Wipro, OIL, CGI, Tech Mahindra. The highest package offered is 19 LPA, average package is 7.6 LPA. Most of the IT companies offer SDE, Analyst roles where are core companies offer GET roles for the students. I'm looking forward for the placement after getting the degree.
