- The placement and internship opportunities in college is something that should be given lot more attention .

Remarks :
I answered the Cucet exam which now has been converted to curt exam for the admission in the college. I was interested in pursuing Environmental Science which the university offered in the form of an integrated degree (Bsc.+MSc.). Cuet score is valid for the admission in college and if the seat are vacant spot round is conducted where you can apply if you have missed the cuet examinations.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is well structured in accordance with the NEP and also is planned keeping in mind the competitive exams such as UGC-NET,CSIR Net etc. The faculty members are people holding doctrate degrees in their respective fields and some of them also come in the top 2% scientists of the world. Moreover certain faculty members are highly approachable and mentor the students in all spheres of life. Each semester constitutes of 2 CIAs and a end semester examination having 20 and 60 marks respectively. The importance of conserving the environment around us is inevitable these days and the field is a growing sector lately very reason I found my interest in it.
Internships Opportunities :
I went for an internship in Vizag steel Plant, Visakhapatnam, to get acquainted with Environmental management in a steel industry. Moreover the professor help students get internship in various organisations and institutions.
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship are something that college has a loose footing on . There are drives organised but not as such for all departments it concerns only some. The university is more of research oriented. The placement cell in the university is right now working to provide people with internship and job opportunities.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees is breakdown to semester fees , like in a year there are 2 semesters and they have their assigned academic fees . The fees I mentioned here is approximately close to the current fees , when I joined the college it was even lesser. One has to appear the cuet exam for admission or look for the spot round admission. The student seeking admission first needs to pay a registration fees of approximately 1500Rs and after that if they have been allotted the course of their choice they pay the counselling cum tution fees . The fees structure will be allotted before the beginning of the course which will be valid for the entire lifetime of course having no changes. The hostel fees for the year is approximately 15000 and the mess balance has to be maintained at 15000 before the start of each semester.
Campus Life :
The campus life isn't like how it's shown in movies , the concept of fest is pretty much no. Existent here, whereas festivals like Durga Puja, Onam and others are celebrated. The campus infrastructure is one of the best things about it , the buildings are made keeping in mind the concept of green and sustainable infrastructure. Reusability of energy and resources is kept in mind. The campus library is equipped with online and offline options of reading. Well equipped classroom and seminar hall is there . There are various clubs in the campus catering to interests of people and organising events time to time and also the sports facilities is something to be mentioned having grounds for almost all sports although the absence of coach is there.
Hostel Facilities :
The university provides seperate hostel facility for boys and girls. There are guards outside the hostel all the time. The registration for hostel can be done through Samarth portal or through contact the caretaker in person. The fees falls in the range of 15000-20000. The mess food is average. The locality outside is rural so less pg or rentals are available.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
