great collage if want a professional environment and vibe

- the faculty and their friendliness, their experience in their fields and conveying their teaching towards the students
- the facilities of the collage and their cleanliness, the advanced and professional environment
Dislikes
- the parking space and the roads connecting towards the media collage
- the lack of seating around the campus, and the cafe lacking any good foods(it is expensive too)
Remarks :
for me it was the overall vibe , the friendly faculty and the environment... there was no problem or delay in taking admission, the process was simple and smooth....there are problems regarding the collage with its very lack of seating outdoors and very poor condition of road and the parking spot provided for the media students and very small campus space for other activities..
Course Curriculum Overview :
there wasn't that much thinking when i chose this course because i was into animation before and i loved 2d art. the faculty of this collage is highly qualified, there are many teachers who have 10+ years of experience in their field. The method of teaching is very refined and clear because of their experience. there are many exams an small internal test during our time, but the semester exam (the main exam), the times are very bad, we don't exactly know when there will be exams. these exams are not that difficult if you know what you are doing and you listen to the classes, but for the first year or 2 semester there are theory exams, these are the exams that we may fail, for us there was 2 subjects english and history of art, and one in 5th sem which is environmental studies(its a common course) , but for the new admissions there will be other subjects because of the new curriculum.
Internships Opportunities :
for animation and visual effects we havnt had the opportunities for internship yet , but have heard from my friends that you wont have any problem finding an internship, and if u can't find it yourself the teachers might help you with finding one
Placement Experience :
the job opportunities that come with this course is very good, there are many options, like if ur into 3d modeling u can go in as 3d model artist for gaming industries and many architects are looking for a 3d artist for creating models and designs for houses and building, like that this course very flexible in regards of opportunities, if u can get a job as a high ranking 2d artists u can get almost 60k per month if ur lucky and have the talent for it, that is what i am aiming to be
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
for animation and vfx its 70k per year or 35k per semester(6 months), for the price , they are providing a very good offer, but the main cost of studying here is to buy the lap top that we have to use, it will cost somewhere around 100k - 150k . The collage provides one of the best studios and labs for our studies, these labs consists of classical 2d animation studios, stop motion animation labs, tailoring studios( for fashion students) , a recording studio, camara lab with whole bunch of high quality camaras like cannon eos r6 and many high quality professional video camaras, a green screen studio and many more. They also have a dedicated theater with dolby atmos sound system.
Campus Life :
there are many fests, and many annual fests, these consists of the normal onnam fest, chirstmas fest, etc. and many fest that are arranged by students such as many food fest, fashion shows, and many club related fests. The collage also celebrates their own annual fest called yugma. There is a library which has many books with many of them being related to our studies, there are also many fiction, you can donate books to the library too. there arnt many sports activities given, but there is a football and basket ball courts , there are also some sports tournaments.. There are many student clubs like sports clubs , film club, dance club ,etc. these are some clubs that are ran by students with the approval of the faculty.
Hostel Facilities :
i haven't been to their hostel but the overall review is ok, there are many other options for stay like pg( paying guest) in that area, the average price for it is around 2k-2.5k per month, the problem with pg is food, the only hotels in the area of the collage sells biriyani and not a good one, they are not at all clean and may cause some food related problems(food poisoning and such), the only good food u can get in that area is from kismath they sell avg brianies but have great alfams and that types of foos, the difference is that they kind of clean, just cleaner then the others, in some pg they give food too , so the total may come around 6k per month,

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
