- Personally i dont like the campus life of the university like there is no such space for you to sit alone and silently
- University amenities are the worst like they didn’t have a water cooler in university
Remarks :
The main reason is for choosing this college for me is CUET I didn’t given CUET in 2022 so it’s getting harder for me to take admission in davv affiliated colleges and it’s tough call for me to take admission drop for that year so I decided to take admission in a private university and I get to know about several universities which are private and are in my city then i choose oriental because i just want to do a degree course and this university is pretty close to my residence and there is no strict call for attendance so by that i can freely improve my main skill and they take a entrance exam which cost around 100 inr maybe not sure about that . The format of exam is online and syllabus is of 12th no cut off for admission they are giving admission to everyone
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because i just want to do an degree course and i found bba as a respectful and easy to do course so thats why i choose bba I’m an artist and i want to focus on my art so as bba is a easy course so i choose it. Faculty is well educated and qualified there teaching techniques are good like if you have query they are always there for you to get solution of it they never say no . Exam were held in every 6 months semester wise and exam are not that tought if you have bit knowledge about your subject like they make easy paper to its pretty esay to qualify and pass exams
Placement Experience :
University provides internship programs and placements but after 4th semester bandhan bank northout solutions etc are there major recruiters .average package in bba in oriental is of 3-4 lacks a student got highest package of 72 lakhs . Approx 80 % student get placement in oriental . My plan after graduation is to persue masters in journalism
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I’m paying 32000 for a year and 16000 per semester for my Bachelor’s in business administration course excluding exam fee, cultural activity fee , sports tournament fee, exam is different for every course I’m paying approx 3-4k per semester on the name of exam fees which includes several fees like university development fee etc. College provides scholarships for sc/st students but I don’t have any idea about it cause i’m from general category .
Campus Life :
Campus life is boring in oriental like there nothing to do in campus libraries is only for to get course knowledge if you want to read other books they didn’t have library of oriental is like mess every one is talking out there no space for silence only one water point in university even no water cooler . They have only indoor games on the name of sports they for only volleyball for outdoor sports and even they didn’t give sometimes that too . No active social group,club they have a all in one club but that is useless College have a canteen on the back side of the college but that is also useless canteen is of steal sheds that feels hat always and food quality is more bad than the heat but they make sev tomato very tasty

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
