Remarks :
Nims college of nursing is one of the best nursing college in trivandrum. I chose this college for its quality and best faculties available. Also the college has a good ambience and a parent hostel few meters away from college where we can do our clinical requirements
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have taken this course because of the opportunity it provides. All faculties are qualified in Msc nursing.. There are 8 semesters and each sem has a university Exam and the Exam level is moderate. My sem 1 was was easy.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is done at the nims hospital. Internship is a quality filled one as we get an opportunity to work in the Multi Speciality Hospital. Internships are also done at Medical College, regional cancer centre and mental health centre
Placement Experience :
After the completion of the course placements are given either in nims medicity itself or at a hostel in Hyderabad. Also placements are given in valsala nursing home an old age center. The average salary package is around 20000 initially which can later hike to 25000-30000
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
My fee if 103000 per year. Me being a merit student my registration fee was 25000. For management quota students the fee is 107000 and for nri quota students it is 125000. Initially during admission my total fee was 115000 in which 25000 was registration 97325 was total fee in which 10000 was caution deposit.
Campus Life :
We have a culture fest conducted every year in the Month or april or may. A 10 day long fest which is a mind relaxing one for us. Also we have student nursing association competition as well. Sports day is also held. The most active club in our college if youth red cross YRC CLUB
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is only few meters from the college.. The food quality is not up to the mark. Even the water has a chlorine taste. But the hostel routine is not that strict. Students can use mobile phones for 3 hrs

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
