Remarks :
Well, this a practical and a professional course that gives you knowledge about soft skills and motor skills that allow you to be self sustainable, and the practicality is what makes it more interesting, skipping the stereotype. I had to appear for an All India based exam from NCHMCT
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is vivid and with advanced techniques in latest era. There are three core subjects Room Divisions, Food and Beverage and Food Production. Followed by additional subjects to improve soft skills such as communication, management and service. The faculty is devoted and helps individuals if they face any issues
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, in the 2nd year we have to apply for the Industrial Training and there are walk-in interviews as well as interviews arranged by the institute. The task is to understand the true learning of a hotel and also in order to decide which area an individual wants to opt for. The stipend varies from Hotel to Hotel, my hotel offered me 5000/month.
Placement Experience :
There are campus placements from top notch hotel brands such as ITC, Oberoi, Taj. Therefore the institute offers you an opportunity. There is no such criteria from the institute but from the employer. There are two levels on which students are selected that is on the Associate level and the Managerial Trainee level. 75-80% students get the placement and in the remaining students some opt for further studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees structure alters semester wise, and remains between 56,000-64,000. It alters semester wise and course wise- bachelors and diploma Tution fees- 46690 Examination fees- 2500 Institutional fees- 2400 And the training fees for the other training batch for 3rd semester is 49,190 You can pay the fees online through Sbi collect.
Campus Life :
The life at campus is a disciplined and scheduled, the campus is not as big as other universities but there is a work environment as there are interdepartmental works. There many clubs such as Kitchen, Social Media, FnB, Organising etc. everybody choose their club on their own.
Hostel Facilities :
The Hostel is in the college campus itself for both girls and boys. It has 34 rooms with 3sharing for boys and 16 rooms for girls with 3sharing as well. You can apply for the Hostel on the NCHMCT website and pay the fees on SBI collect. The breakfast is served at 8AM, Lunch at 1PM, and Dinner at 8PM. The food quality is good and the protocols are maintained. If you want to look for a PG nearby you can search for in sector 40,41,42,43,44,35,37,38,3b2 etc.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
