PEC TOUR: A glimpse of PEC University of Technology
Remarks :
I got pec on the basis of my rank but I preferred this college because of their placement stats. and their infrastructure. PEC has continuos president visit during our convocation. Clubs and societies are also good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Mechanical Engineering is one of the evergreen branch of engineering. In our college the student professor ratio is 50:1. The facilities are highly qualified and very experienced and they focus on gate.
Internships Opportunities :
We have to minimum 4 months of internship in 6th semester. The on campus opportunities is very high and we have good companies coming on campus for interns. Goldman Sachs, Phone pe, Microsoft, De shaw cames
Placement Experience :
There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The tution fee per semester is 80000 and annual charges for the hostel is 70000 also the mess good quality is very good. There is several scholarship based on economic conditions, merit based scholarship as well as BPL scholarship.
Campus Life :
The campus area is 149 acres. The infrastructure is very good in condition. There is many co curricular activities going on in colleges. Yes I opted for hostel and the fees for the hostel per year is 70000.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is 100 year old but new hostels are about to start with lastest furnitures and all. The meal quality is very good like excellent I'll say. Only the other state quota students can avail hostel.
Interview Experience :
Yes, we take admission through the JEE Mains examination and there is a dedicated board JOSSA or CSAB for seat allocation in any colleges. All the process is very smooth and college have best branch starting from CSE.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

Placement and job opportunity is good because in civil engineering placement are good this college is better than many government college if no campus placement is offered than I prep for government exam connected to engineering like ies and many other best engineering government job

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

Placements are average on comparison with other private colleges around here Highest package this year - 11.3Lpa The teachers help very much in placements and internship . The TPC cell of the college is dead for their work
Chitkara University Review
Placement Experience :
The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
