My father called the college supervisor and I got direct admission. My first impression for my college was "why is it so small" (that's what she said) currently I'm in 3rd year 5th sem I was living in hostel untill 2nd year, hostel facility was very dull, food was not worth it and water wasn't clean but now they have rebuild the hostels for better. They have opened new Apple lab for ios development and learning. Classroom and teachers are all supportive except some of them. If you want to experience a good college life and at the same time you want to study hard, you can try here. But I would recommend that you should always have a soft copy of your documentations like fee receipt etc. because I have seen many people getting scammed because of this
If I'm being honest after 5th sem you are on your own. You have to study all by yourself. Teacher will be there to help you but all they will do is to provide you with notes. In my 1st sem our physics syllabus was provided by the college which wasn't the real syllabus and at the end of the semester when we had only 1 week for our physics exam our teacher break the news that we have been studying the wrong syllabus for the whole semester. After that we had to cover the whole syllabus in one week. So, teacher are supportive but the faculty members are not so you should think twice before coming here
There isn't any internship opportunities for my course all they say is you have to do it on your own. So beautiful prepare and ask about this before taking admission here because they can lie to you too as they did with us
You should have completed 3 certification alloted courses to be eligible for placement highest package last year was 25 lakh and average was 6 lakh. My plan after getting my degree is to aim fir a better placement.
I'm currently pursuing b tech which cost me around 150000 per year admission fee is 5000 if you want to opt for hostel you can take it by spending 160000 per year and for bus services you have to pay 80000 per year excluding these you have to pay for examination fee (changes accordingly to the course you have opted) you have to pay for every function like freshers party, farewell party, star night, diwali festival etc. at the end of the semester if your attendance is under 75 percent you have pay the fine for the remaining percentage at 100 rupee per percent (for btech bca and bba) and 300 rupee per percent (for d.pharma and b.pharma) if you have scored well in jee main then you can take 10000 as scholarship
In this college there aren't any clubs to participate in all you have to do is study 9am to 3pm but you can participate in freshers party rampwalk and talent hunt, farewell party, diwali fest, sports fest, star night etc there are many books and journals in our Library you can rent it or read it there.
Currently I'm in my 3rd year, I was living in hostel untill 2nd year when I decided that I should shift to pg. The condition for the rooms wasn't better for sure, food tasted like poison ( but they change the contracter every 2 years and you can change the menu in every 6 months, hostelers decides the menu) in summer we only got 10-15 hours of electricity. No wifi is provided by the college you can't leave the campus until you get permission through your parents and then only you can go out untill 6pm (at 9am to 3pm you are in college and after that all you got Is 3 hours to go to market) it takes about 30-40 minutes to go to market because of lack of transport at that area. They have football ground cricket ground basketball bedminton etc they have separate celebration for hostelers for diwali deshra durga puja etc ( but you have pay for that also) .
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.
The employability is very good and placements are also very good trainers and campus placement cell is highly supportive and companies are arrives regularly on every year basis and growth prospects are very good for the students
All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful
There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department
Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
Nice, faculty of my college is very cooperative and understanding. Helps students with their problems and explain concepts in an interactive and interesting way so that concepts should be understood in an easier way.
