GITM Gurgaon Admission Dates 2026

GITM Gurgaon uses HSTES Haryana counselling for B.Tech, B.Tech Lateral Entry, B.Pharm, and D.Pharm seats where applicable. GITM Gurgaon Courses and Fees

GITM Gurgaon offers diploma, UG, and PG courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, and Computer Applications. The full B.Tech fee is INR 3,81,000 to INR 4,25,000 for 4 years, depending on the branch.

The B.Tech options at GITM include CSE, AI and Data Science, AI and Machine Learning, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. Among these, AI and Machine Learning has the highest total B.Tech fee.

GITM Gurgaon Admission Process

Admission at GITM Gurgaon depends on the course. B.Tech admission is linked to HSTES Haryana counselling and JEE Main, while MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, and M.Tech can be handled through direct admission at the institute. Pharmacy courses follow the HSTES Pharmacy counselling route.

B.Tech Admission

For B.Tech, students need 10+2 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and at least 45% marks. A valid JEE Main score is required. Through HSTES counselling, students register online, fill college and branch choices, receive seat allotment, and pay the fee to confirm the seat.

Seat reservation follows Haryana government rules for SC, BC, EWS, and other eligible groups. Students with Haryana domicile get preference for state quota seats.

B.Tech Lateral Entry

Students with a relevant engineering diploma and at least 45% marks can apply for direct 2nd-year B.Tech admission through HSTES Lateral Entry counselling. The total fee for the 3-year Lateral Entry course at GITM is INR 1,80,000.

MBA and MCA Admission

For MBA, students must have a graduation degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks and a valid CAT, MAT, or CMAT score. CUET-PG is also accepted. MCA admission is open to students with BCA, BSc (CS/Maths/IT), or a relevant degree with at least 55% marks, through NIMCET, CUET-PG, or direct merit-based admission.

B.Pharm Admission

B.Pharm admission is done through HSTES Pharmacy counselling. Students must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics and at least 45% marks. D.Pharm is a 2-year course with the same eligibility requirement and also uses the HSTES counselling route.

GITM Gurgaon Placements

The placement cell at GITM Gurgaon supports campus hiring for students from B.Tech, BCA, and MBA. According to institute-declared data, the latest placement cycle had an average package of INR 9.50 LPA and the highest offer of INR 47 LPA. The institute also states that it provides 100% placement assistance to eligible students.

Because the college is in the Gurgaon region of NCR, students are close to offices and industrial areas such as Cyber City, Udyog Vihar, and Manesar. GITM graduates mainly find opportunities with IT companies, BFSI firms, and startups in Gurgaon.

GITM Gurgaon Campus and Infrastructure

Students looking for private engineering colleges in Gurugram and the Haryana side of NCR often compare GITM with Dronacharya College of Engineering, Gurugram, and GD Goenka University. All three are options for Haryana and Delhi-NCR engineering applicants and fall in broadly similar fee ranges.

GITM has the highest NAAC grade among the three and is listed in India Today rankings, giving it stronger national ranking visibility than Dronacharya COE. GD Goenka University is a private university with self-governed degree programmes and a modern campus in Sohna, Gurugram. Dronacharya COE has been running since 2000 and is affiliated with MDU Rohtak.
