- The college infrastructure is very good, the college have a lake view ground , open gym , gym, and football ground , basketball court , indoor volleyball court, library and many cool infrastructures.
- The campus life is very good , the classes starts at 9.30 am and ends at 3.30 pm. students can go to lake view ground after 3.30 pm and stay there till 5.30 pm.
Dislikes
- The strict rules about dress and id card is very boring and that is compulsory inside the campus.
- The parking space for bikes is very congested and students cannot bring car to college even on rainy days.
Remarks :
I opted this college as it was in the top 3 colleges for computer applications in Kerala, The faculties teaching here are very good and inspires for deeper learning. Also the campus atmosphere and vibe is very good and entertaining for students. The only thing i felt bad was the admission criteria as there was no normalization of marks based on different syllabus so it will be easy for Kerala board students to get enrolled when compared to CBSE and CICSE board students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course as my interest was on Computer Applications and this college was top college in Kerala for Computer Applications. The faculties teaching here are well educated faculties and all of them had completed their PHD's in their respective fields. Also the course is a triple major course so there is Mathematics and Statistics as a paper for all the semesters. The faculties here helps is deep learning and teaches by implementing topics to real world objects. The exams are conducting periodically as the odd semester examinations will be on October-November months and the even semester exams will be on March-April months. The exams could be passed by referring to the previous year question papers and with general knowledge but to get better grades we have to work hard.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships provided from college are paid and not with stipend. for internships with stipends we have to find it our own, and most students do find internship by their own and mostly they are paid ones. It is compulsory to do an internship for a total of 28 days during the course period.
Placement Experience :
The placements are provided by the placement cell of the college, Usually placement offer will be provided to students on 5th and 6th semesters. Students who have more than 6.5 CGPA and no backlogs will be able to attend the placement interviews. The highest salary package placed from the college was 14 L.P.A and and average of 4 L.P.A is given to students. Recruiters such as Vipro , Deloitte , Accenture came for recruiting to our college. An average of 10% students are getting placed and others opt for higher studies. I am planning to work for 1 year and then do MCA.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee is rupees 171124 first semester fee=39585 second semester fee=24750 third semester fee=28750 fourth semester fee=24750 fifth semester fee=28690 sixth semester fee=24750 And there will be an exam fee of rupees 1000 per semester the admission fee is 5000 and a caution deposit of 10000, which will be given back at the end of the course.
Campus Life :
There are many cultural and technical fests conducted in the college by different departments of the college which is very entertaining and engaging at the same time. There will be fests and cultural programs throughout the academic year. Heartifest , Tandav , and Harvest are the main programs conducted by college itself, The college library is well maintained and have a vast variety of books for students and they are free of cost. The classrooms are Air Conditioned and have projectors in all classes. There are many clubs like sports, dance, music, photography, film, and many more. The sports items in college include handball basketball football volleyball and cricket.
Hostel Facilities :
College itself have a hostel for boys and girls , and many other hostels lists will be provided which have access with college. I am staying in college hostel and hostel only provides stay, food is not provided, we have to buy food separately and college have canteen which is very cheap. The fee for hostel is 3500 per month and an admission fee of 10000 The hostel have Wi-fi for students, and hostel is very neat. The total expense for me per month including food and hostel rent is 7000

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
