Remarks :
This is the best college according to my JEE Main rank which is allotted to through JOSAA counselling. For Admission There is no Group discussions, interviews but for admission student must have scored descent marks and rank in JEE MAIN for admission. cutoff for last year can be checked on official website of counselling bodies JOSAA and CSAB as well as on IIIT-Bhagalpur college website.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Mathematics And Computing is a popular branch nowadays among IITs, IISC, IIITS. Student favour this branch because one can further pursue career in Data Analytics. In IIIT-Bhagalpur all teaching faculties have done their Masters and PhDs from renowned institutes like IITs, NITs...etc. They have vast knowledge in their respective fields. For more details about faculties one can visit the faculties section at official website of IIIT-Bhagalpur. In one semester there are two major exams Mid-semester and End-semester exam. There are quizzes and viva exams depending on faculty. Seperately there are Lab exam for Lab courses.
Internships Opportunities :
As I am 1st year student at IIIT Bhagalpur, so I haven't got any opportunity for internship yet. According to seniors there are good opportunities provided by the institute as well and off campus for internship
Placement Experience :
Placement are descent. According to last year, 2023 placement data the highest package was 89 lac for 2 student and Average placement for CSE was about 14-15 lac per annum. while the placement for branch like Mechatronics the average package was about 10 lac per annum. There is no official data available for no. of student placed through campus placement. upto last year companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia...etc gave offers. I am totally focused on placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The Admission in college is strictly through JEE Mains for B.tech Undergrad program. There is no such quota like Management, but there is reservation for ST, SC, OBC-NCL, EWS, PWD students. There is no such scholarship provided by the institute. Students can apply for scholarships from NSP, state government or any other private scholarship like Reliance Foundation, TATA Foundation...etc. ?For B.tech Undergrad Fee Structure is mentioned below: ~1st Semester(At The time of Admission) Admission Fee: 8700/- (One time) Caution Fee: 10000/- (Refundable) Tuition Fee: 1,31,040/- ~2nd/4th/6th Semester Tuition Fee: 1,31,040/- ~3rd/5th/7th Semester Tuition Fee: 1,32,040/- ~8th Semester Tuition Fee: 1,34,040/- These are for the batch 2024-28, a tentative idea can be taken from this. These can be modified by the Competent Authority. According to me no major changes will be there. Hostel fee: 22,000/- (per semester) Mess Fee: 16,000/-(approximately for 4 months)
Campus Life :
Majorly there are two fest one is Sports Fest "Udyatva" and technical cum Cultural fest "Enyugma". Throughout year there are other games, sports, coding tournaments which are held regularly. Vikramshila library and Computer Center has enough books and computers for the need of students. All books related to course and curriculum are available and computer are high end for running big softwares. Vikramshila library and computer centre is newly developed and will be improved with time.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel is newly built and are in good condition with all facilities. Each room is for 3 student having 3 bed, 3 study table with lamp, 3 almira. Hostel and mess fee can be paid online through Student portal and room is allotted after physical reporting. locality around the Campus is not much developed but has all basic amenities available in campus and nearby. Mess food quality is absolutely good and student have option to choose mess from 2 mess options.

Why you should choose iiit bhagalpur
Placement Experience :
Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview :
faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

There are placement strike 99% so I will admission this college for build up my career there are placement are highest in bihar. There are placement are very easy process. Placements are different companies like wipro infosis tcs icici bank etc.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite outdated. 75% attendance is mandatory to give exams. Faculties are overall good and supportive in ECE branch. Every faculty is well qualified,most of them are phd degree holders or pursuing PhD from a reputed institute like IIT,NITs. End semester Exams occur every 5-6 months.And mid term is held between the semesters. ( One mid term each semester).Exams are quite difficult as it is not an autonomous University.End semester copy checking is not done properly. Improper markings are given to few students.
Best collage in Bihar at Patna

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
