- Infrastructure is best with well equipped lecture halls with centralised AC, library halls, well equipped labs and the material for study.
- Faculties are also above average and focus on teaching to students. Faculties are more academics oriented till 2nd year of the course and more clinical oriented from 3 rd year onwards. So a mix of both makes you an overall doctor.
Dislikes
- Some rules are very strict like you cannot go out after 9:30 as an college aspirany everyone feels to enjoy the night life as well, which is not there at a great point in this college
- Number of patients in the college is not that exceptionally well and sometimes feels like you are lacking compared to your peers in that.
Remarks :
Admission was through NEET UG. you have to prepare for neet UG and give exam and than register in KEAM kuhs councelling for admission process, through a series of 3 rounds of allotment by KEAM you will be allocated different colleges. Good aspects about my college - Infrastructure is good and good teaching environment. Adequate equipments for learning. Good environment for learning as well as co curricular activities. Decent number of patients to learn. Bad aspects- Patient number is not as good as government colleges, feels less sometimes, some departments have less number of faculties and chances to learn upon, ground size is small compared to peer group of colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Academics- is good and teachers stress on reading. Like 1 hour dedicated library time for all students is there. Tests at regular intervals to test the knowledge. Presentations and seminar to increase the aptitude and skills Course and curriculum - is based on CBME program of medical education and is being followed almost as per NMC guidelines. Qualification of faculties - all the faculties are well qualified doctors, minimum pg course in each department and some with super speciality degrees Exams - are conducted at regular intervals.Like monthly exams every month, sessionals every 2 months,models before exams and other class tests also.
Internships Opportunities :
Everyone has to do a compulsory rotating internship in the college itself of 12 months, rotating in surgery, medicine,obg, psm as major postings and pulmonary medicine, emergency department, neuromedicine , ent , ophthalmology, pediatrics as major postings and some elective postings of your choice
Placement Experience :
Almost everyone gets an placement as an doctor passing the college or one can start his/her own practice. Most people prefer to do a pg course nowadays looking at the competition. Average salary as an RMO - on the basis of MBBS only is around 45000 to 50000/ month and increases to an amount of 1 lac/ month over time.

Campus Life :
Campus infrastructure is best comparing to the peer colleges with AC lecture halls, library halls, playground, hostel gyms , well spaced hostel rooms. Social life at campus- is good and cultural events are conducted at regular intervals by the college students council and well equipped playgrounds are there for cricket, football, badminton, basketball. Social and academic clubs are there in the form of students council was initiallly not much active but have started to gain pace now.
Hostel Facilities :
Everyone gets a hostel room who takes admission in the college. Rooms are well build with an option of 3 room beds and 2 room beds with adequate space for accommodation. Mess- is average in quality. Food is also average in quality and needs improvement Hostel infrastructure is good with library rooms, recreation rooms, indoor basketball and badminton courts.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
