Remarks :
I was pursuing bsc in data science from amity university kolkata but it was a long distance to travel so i did choose to go with this course as though it is online you still get access to the teachers and the course curriculum is very updated.
Course Curriculum Overview :
So there were 2 options to choose from the online iit madras programme one was of electrical engineering and then there was this data science so was keen with machine learning from the very beginning so i did and up choosing this. The exams are very timely you get three exams every month each with a month gap all these dates are realeased around 3months ahead of time And the difficulty of the exams are easier compared to the homework and the assignments they give
Internships Opportunities :
I dodnt get a chance for a internship yet as they start from 2nd yrs on wards but as heard from the seniors mostly the stipend is around 18-20k / months , mostly companies like wipro , accenture , tcs offer internships
Placement Experience :
8CGPA is required for on campus placements big mnc’ companies are doing a placement drive every now and then for freshers the average ctc is around 7-8 LPA highest i have seen a senior from our department get a 98LPA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First year fees payment scheme is divided into 3terms each term is of 4 months each term was ?16k for first year For the second year each term is of ?20k Then for the 3rd year the fees is around ?120000 for the whole year i dont know yet how that is paid There are scholarships that you can apply
Campus Life :
Around may/june we have paradox event biggest iit event carried out . But as the couse mode is mostly online you might feel alone sometimes or lonely at times. There are meetups everymonth almost at every state so you a chance to meet like minded ppl there.
Hostel Facilities :
Everything is good but as said earlier the online study and college life might matter few of you but altogether you wont feel detached as there are live interactions everyday its optional to attend or not but if you are pursuing this as a stand-alone course then i will say to attend almost every live meetings

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
