- College campus in always clean and tidy. Computer lab, library, electrical and electronic lab facility available.
- Certain faculties were very supportive and great at getting career guidance from. Campus Life was overall nice and quiet. Affordable transport facilities
Dislikes
- Hostel food is literally the worst in my opinion.
- Some faculties just hate you for no reason so don't bother to get in on their good books. Infrastructure is alright. Nothing to complain about. But doesn't actually feel like a college and feels more like School part 2.
Remarks :
Pros : Has a great library facility, good placement opportunities, has some experienced and super knowledgeable professors . Cons : No cultural or any festive celebrations, sports isn't a much concentrated field.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is great. We have professors with a doctorate in machines, power electronics, power system and 15-20 years of experience. You can talk to certain professors for guidance, our project guide for our final year project was super supportive.
Internships Opportunities :
I did an internship for 15 days at Southern Railways Carriage works, Perambur . It was unpaid. During the period or Jan 2023. Another internship from Jan 29 2024 - July 29 2024 at Hinduja Tech. With a stipend of 15000 per month.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria differs from company to company. But very basic requirement is 50 % marks and no current arrears or a maximum of 5 arrears. Companies that allowed having several arrears also visited and some students were hired with an aggreement of clearing all arrears within the end of tha academic year. Some recruiters are : Accenture, Tata Elxsi, Hinduja Tech, Wilson power, Ford, Karomi, Kaar technologies, Propel, Valeo, Johnson controls, Newgenesis, Zoho, Cognizant, Neeyamo, Movate, Mc Dermot, Bharat Electronics, Sify, IM gears, HFFC and even more. Highest package was 9lpa 80% students of my class are placed. I got an internship opportunity at Hinduja Tech.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
80400 fee per year - government quota 130000 fee per year - management quota Examination fee , breakage fee in addition for every year. Scholarships provided. Ex service men benifits provided. First graduate scholarships provided.
Campus Life :
Ample availability of books and journals. Few departments have their own library ( EEE had one of their own), laboratories have all components necessary for experiments. This College doesn't care much about sports and extra curricular activities as well as any celebrations . Their main focus is academics and placements.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Not bad placement trainings and good faculty members to train for placements . Good companies with good packages come for placement drives who select the best of all and give placements for them. Good placements.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
