My preference was college over the course I chose. The college is one of the best so I had to get it in. The course is also a good one and now I dont regret choosing this course. There wasn’t any group discussions or interview it was based on an entrance exam and i got in through merit.
Our course curriculum is pretty good. In our initial years we get to learn about other branches and from the second year we get to learn in detail about our course. The faculties are well educated and qualified.
I have not opted for any internships yet. We get to ho on our internship on the third year of course so I have yet got to experience internship. I don't have much idea about internships and haven't heard much about it.
Our college has good placements compared to other engineering colleges in Kerala. Bunch of our seniors got placed at good companies. Although the told criteria of CGOA is above 8 the placements are based on skills.
Yearly it is around 5500 exam fees and around 3000 the course fees. I don’t take any scholarships. According to category and application for scholarships students get fees reduction and I not very aware of how much they get.
If you want is a campus life I suggest our college. As a government college our college provides a lot. There are plenty of clubs to help you boost your passion along with your studies. There is no need for a compromise to your hobbies in here. We have a library with all the books that provide everything for our research and extra studies. Our college is well known for its Cultural and Technical fests. Dhwani is the cultural and Drishti is the technical fests.
Hostels are pretty much good and is still improving. The fees is very much affordable to everyone. The food quality is also not bad. There is a menu for every week and it is followed. The rooms are pretty much good and clean.
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
