Likes
- Disciplined set up, with a lot of facilities within the organisation itself, faculty members are very supportive and they stand by you on every single step for your career building.
- Small campus makes everyone live in harmony, and that's a very good because almost everyone in the college can get connected to you.
Dislikes
- Auditorium is quite small, many a times a lot of students don't get a seat and they miss out information shared in the audi.
- They don't allow you to park within the boundaries of the institute, either get an entry with a helmet on, or find a different place to park your vehicle.
Remarks :
GDs, interviews and tests are not a part of admission process here in SVIMS, general counselling is done by the faculty members and a college visit is provided. If the student wills to take admission, then provisional fee of ?10000 has to be paid to get a seat alloted. 60% score is required in higher secondary examination to be eligible for getting an admission is SVIMS. Factors like efficient management, uniform as the dress code from MON-FRI and civil clothes on SAT, supportive faculty members, skill enhancement programmes, field projects, practical exposure to students, etc attracts many students to get enrolled here. For me personally the timings are very good, they leave the students free and flexible, each day only 3 classes are conducted over a period of 2 hours, and then students can continue their other work in preparation for masters, jobs, internships,etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The institute is affiliated from DEVI AHILYA VISHWA VIDYALAYA, hence the curriculum, academics, etc is decided by DAVV and gets implemented in every institute affiliated to it. Faculty members are a combination aged experienced teachers and Young enthusiastic teachers, which makes the entire experience kind of adventurous, Teachers prefer to teach from PPTs and Vidoes, and provide the same to students through google classroom. Students are then also made to participate in activities which will ultimately result in their skill enhancement and knowledge gaining process.
Internships Opportunities :
No Internship opportunities are given during the last two semesters or 3rd year. The institute collaborates with different business entities and students are sent to different locations within the city with or without stipend, and a certificate from business entities.
Placement Experience :
Placement cell has seen several companies like TCS, Amazon, Reliance, Ernest&young etc, for the students who have done MBA, or MCA. Placements to bachelor's from this institute is very rare and quite difficult.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As of BBA in SVIMS, the entire annual fees is ?60,000 for the students who were enrolled in 2023, the fees ranged from 50000-55000 previously and the same fee structure has been followed for the 2024 session. It is expected to increase in future ranging from 60000-70000, Initially you require to pay ?5000 as caution money which is charged apart from college fees, and ?10000 as provisional admission fee. Rest ?50000 has to be paid in two equal installments, and certain provisions are given to those who are not able to provide the fee. ?10 is charged from the 3rd day in case any installment is not provided. The BCA programme requires only ?50000 annually. The entire institute is a combination of two separate buildings with separate boards.
Campus Life :
The campus is compact, and provides almost every single facility which should be provided by every other college. The college board members follow an orthodox approach towards the academic building of students, connecting them to their roots and cultures along with career building. Clubs, partying, freshers, etc are not provided for the security of females in the institute. College does provide fests, events, and other programmes on its level, where students have to follow a proper disciplined dress code with minimum exposure of body parts.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
