Course Curriculum Overview :
The Bsc Culinary Arts(BPAM) offers a balanced curriculum that combines practical cooking skills with theoretical knowledge in areas like food science, nutrition, business and hospitality management. Overall, the programs equips students with the skills needed for a successful career in culinary arts
Internships Opportunities :
Internship Trainee at JW Marriott Chandigarh was offered to me by the college. My experience was very good. I learnt a lot about how a bakery and pastry kitchen works in 5star hotels. overall, it was very learning and wonderful experience
Placement Experience :
The internships offered here are very excelling and good for one’s growth in career. There are different hotels provided with almost every location in india and international opportunities are provided as well.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fees for 1st year is 214000 the fees for the 2nd year is 204000 for the 3rd year it is 204000 the other online one time payment is 20000 the total of all the 6semesters that is 3years equals to be 642000
Campus Life :
The campus life at Chitkara University is very welcoming and happening. There are various clubs which anyone can join. There are different opportunities available for hostellers and day scholars as well.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality is good. The registration process for the hostel is very simple. One just needs to fill up a form and apply for the type of room you need. The infrastructure is excellent and is improving day by day.

College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.
