- The college infrastructure is a great with lots of resources and facilities for the students and faculty The library is a great place to learn about the history and the environment and engineering aspects The campus has solar power and the environment is great with the students
- The faculty of the College is also responsible for the development and education programs in the area of the campus
Dislikes
- The food at the canteen is not good it in average that is the disappointment in the college
- The buses of the college are not well maintained they are still using the old buses which has to be scrapped
Remarks :
There will be a written test kept if u cane through management cuota if u come by centac you don’t have to write the written exam Don’t need to worry about the written exam it won’t be much difficult If u have basic knowledge and understanding you can write the exam without any problem There is no group discussion or personal interview taken here
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculty of the College is very good at teaching students about the subject and how they should learn about the subject matter The faculty are very friendly to students who have been in contact with them There will be three exams conducted before the semester exams two cycle exams and one model exam

Lucas tvs Sundaram fasteners Delphi tvs Sutherland Wipro These are the companies that provide internship opportunities for students who are interested in learning about the industry and how they work in the industry Internship programs are also offering free internship courses for students who are looking to work in the field of technology and the field of engineering
Placement Experience :
The placement at the campus is average for the students who are in the middle level students who studie well and have more knowledge about the subject than the placement opportunities are high for them The package stipen for the placed students is Around 25000 minimum per month and 60000 maximum per month according to the student who performs at the placement
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly tuition fee is 62000 if u come through centac there will be a scholarship amount will be funded to you the amount of 25000 for each semester but to awail the amount you should need to be a Pondicherry resident and you should need to clear all the subject paper for each semester by having these eligibility you can awail the scholarship amount
Campus Life :
The campus is well maintained and has a large library and a large number of public buildings including hospital and community health facilities The campus is also known for the hospital facilities in it The campus is greenery and the atmosphere is also so good Sports is a great thing to see in the college campus and the fitness staff is amazing
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is a great place to stay for the students who want a chance to experience the feeling towards the students life The hostel is a great place for students to explore and learn about life and their journey The hostel is well maintained and the facilities are very well built Food at the hostel is not too good and not bad

There have campus placement after completing our course if we are wiling to do so on the affiliated colleges or off campuses of the university. For women also there have colleges at local and national level. Students also prefer to proceed their studies at global level by entering into international universities and other programmes.

The college has its own placement cell .each year almost 400-500 students are getting placed.the well know recruiters are TCS , Accenture,Bounteous , Capgemini etc.the highest package of cur end year is 12LPA.

Eligibility for sitting In placement is that we should not carry backlogs and we have to maintain a decent cg of 7+ some companies do allow even you have backlogs but mostly they don't . In eee we have a good scope of getting palced this time everyone who sat for placements was placed and the highest core package of 12lpa which is actually good. Average was around 7 lpa for core in eee . I'll probably choose upsc career so this placement thing is not my piece of cake . Still our college is good for eee core placements

Job placement is quite bad in our university if you think to get addmission here you will fight for job . You have to apply directly to the companies. Companies are coming here but they didn't provide placement more than 30% .
Bharathiyar College of Engineering and Technology
Placement Experience :
The few companies which attended the placement drive were pharmaceuticals and sales companies, which weren't related to the field we pursued. Students attended the placement drive got placed and were able to bag below average packages. The percentage of students who got placed were around 40%. My plans were to go for higher studies. More emphasis could have been placed by the college on the placements and more opportunities could have been provided by the college for the students.

Placement Experience :
Every year students are placed in a week reputed companies like Amazon,Virtusa,TCS, Capgemini, Renault and so on. All the students having eligibility to attend the placements but some of the Top MNC expected 60% eligibility of throughout 10,12 and academic CGPA. So not eligible students also having more placements options to crack it.
