Likes
- Sunsets and sunrise in the campus is very nice and other than that all the fests we celebrate bybwhich we make great memories .
- Seniors which helps us to guide and our friends that we make. We make loads of memories in college, hostels.
Dislikes
- There is one auditorium so that all students accommodate in it . We have seminar hall but that is not enough.
- The current placements worries me lot and opportunities are less.
Remarks :
I got this college for CSAB round 2 . I didn't check the college background before getting the college and that had hit me hard as I thought nit trichy is there which is best so this will be also best but that's not the case. As every iiitt which is newly build ,this is also struggling well not bad iiit which gives us national importance tag.
Course Curriculum Overview :
For CSE, the faculty is much better than ECE and academics is same as that of nit trichy mostly and all faculties has come from reputated colleges or some IITs . About exams it happens like 2 CTs and one end semester in theory and of lab exam will be conducted and amodel lab exam will also be held .
Internships Opportunities :
No, currently I am applying for internships and simultaneously enhancing my skills in DSA and development skills. So many my bathwater are also applying for internships and some had got the internships already .
Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunities are not good and is very struggling as of the other engineering colleges too. Off campus placements are the thing we have to focus and mostly have skills and that would make a difference.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee structure for Obc and general is as follows: Tuition fees =206000 , Hostel/Mess = 94000 And for the SCs and STs only hostel fees have to be paid. National Scholarship or Your state scholarship can be applied for your respective Categories. This Semester they had increased the fees by 3000 and for juniors also fees has increased for than what seniors are paying.
Campus Life :
Therei library in the college administration building, classrooms and everywhere in the campus wifi is available . Besides from academics, cultural fest , technical fest and club events are held. In the sports category, sports events are held and it is also that college participates in inter iiit sports events and other college events too.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is compulsory and it is good also. Only 2 members are there in 1 room and boys and girls both have hostels and in that there is mess for both girls and boys together . With the money , we are giving it is worth it and in the hostel there is gym and other indoor games.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
