The most important and the major factor for which i chose this college is because BMU has less student intake. We only have about 500 students in Btech Cse batch. For admission, i faced an BMU SAT exam which is conducted by university. If jee score is above 55 percentile then you did not need to give any exam and direct admission will happen.
In matter of course curriculum, academics and faculties the college is not a great option. Many faculties do not have even basic understanding of the subject. university only cares about assignments and exams. Exams are happening every 2 weeks. Teaching method of 90% faculty is so bad, they just come and show a ppt.
No i have not got any internship oppotunity yet as i am in my first year. In this college internships are very less. Only about 30-40 students in third year gets an internship. average stiped is about 20,000Rs.
The placement oppurtunities on campus are descent i would say. Average package of Btech is somewhere is around 8 lpa and placement percentage is also around 80%. Highest package is somewhat about 35LPA for cse. But the catch is eligibility critieria is quite high. Student minimum need to get 7.5 CGPA to sit in low level companies. High paying companies criteria is min. 8.5 CGPA.
The year wise tution fees is Rs. 3,30,00. Admission fees is Rs. 35000 and security deposit is Rs. 25000. The college has multiple scholarship available like merit based scholarship, haryana domicile, army parent. Few of my friends have got 25% scholarship. They go 85+ percentile in JEE mains.
Infrastructure wise, college is good. Hostels are clean, college campus is clean, library has descent number of books, everything on campus is air conditioned and wifi connected. There is only one fest happening annualy which is called 67th milestone. The fest is not that great. Sports facilities are great on campus. almost every sport is available to play and due to less number of students, each student gets the oppurtunity to play. Almost every club is available like robotics, coding, design, business, music and dance etc.
Hostels are pretty great. The infra is good, washrooms are clean, wifi works like a charm. The hostel cost around 1lakh 7 thousand Rs. per semester. The mess food is better than other colleges. Menu list is quite big and food quality is also descent.
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.
The employability is very good and placements are also very good trainers and campus placement cell is highly supportive and companies are arrives regularly on every year basis and growth prospects are very good for the students
All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful
There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department
Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
Nice, faculty of my college is very cooperative and understanding. Helps students with their problems and explain concepts in an interactive and interesting way so that concepts should be understood in an easier way.
