I compared so many engineering colleges with each other and BML Munjal University came out to be one of the most honest in terms of disclosing data about the placements, fees, scolarship. Also, the curicullum of the college was really good as compared to other colleges. Their are some tests to get admission in this college called BMUSAT but you can also take admission in this college with your JEE marks, class 12th marks.
The course currilcullum is inspired with london college of engineering and is relevent in terms of the today's industry demands. 1st year - Basic + Advanced data science course, C++ course along with the basics of Data structures and algorithms. 2nd year - Competetive DSA questions practice, Core computer science subjects + internship season 3rd year - Speciality in one CS subject 4th year - Placement season + major project submission
I am currently in my 2nd year of the college but i have not got my internship yet. The companies are coming in the college right now and they will firstly take the resumes of ourselves and then take interview based on shorlisting the resumes.
Campus provides on-campus placements and internships as well. In 2nd year (more accurately 4th semester) of the college, their is a specific subject for internships called Practice school. Companies come to college for internships. In 4th year (7th and 8th semester) of the college, Companies come for placements. Average Placement - 95 to 98 %.
Tution fees - 300000 per year (however, the college collects the fees every semester) Admission fees - 10000 (one time, only on the admission) security fees - 25000 (One time and will be returned to you after the the completion of the degree) Registration fees - 25000
The life at the campus is great and very social. The college has a 60 acre lush-green campus. College has more than 30 clubs so students can get involoved in the things which they find in their interest. College has 4 cafe's including Domino's, a library and an incubation centre.
Their are total 6 hostels right in the college campus ( 3 for boys and 3 for girls). Their are 2 messes in the campus (both are allowed for boys and girls) Annual fees of the hostel depends on the occupancy and type of hostel you are choosing but it's around 200000 per year. The fees is on a little bit higher side but they provide good convinience for the students.
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.
The employability is very good and placements are also very good trainers and campus placement cell is highly supportive and companies are arrives regularly on every year basis and growth prospects are very good for the students
All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful
There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department
Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
Nice, faculty of my college is very cooperative and understanding. Helps students with their problems and explain concepts in an interactive and interesting way so that concepts should be understood in an easier way.
