- The faculties are having a great experience and vast knowledge.
- The college structure is nice and simple. It also has a good auditorium and a stage .
Dislikes
- The college life is not much as we expected
- College is a bit strict in some cases like in providing us with holidays.
Remarks :
This college is basically a Christian management college. This college has its own hospital. It provides a great clinical experience . This college also provides great teaching faculties and a good library service. This college admission is 100% through government portals. As every nursing college, holidays are not much given as we needed. Most of the 2nd Saturdays we will be having classes.
Course Curriculum Overview :
College has great faculty with an amazing experience and vast knowledge.There are professors,lecturers and tutors.The class are through PPT presentation.The classes are really great and understandable.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship currently. The college students can easily get a job in the Nirmala Hospital. They prefer the students of Nirmala College as interns as they have more exposure to the hospital.
Placement Experience :
There is no campus placement provided. But if are a nirmala college student, there are high chances getting a job as nirmala students are having a great exposure to different medical cases and great working skills.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Nirmala College of Nursing is a nursing college in Calicut. The admission process is through LBS and AMCSFNCK. If we get admission in this college through any of these websites , we should pay 25000 rupees through online. It is to assure the seat. Before the classes start, we should pay the first year tuition fee before the preset date. That date is given by the government. The first year tuition fee is around 90000 rupees. After this payment, we should pay a total of 26000 rupees for books,uniform and caution deposit. The caution deposit is 10000 rupees that is included in the 26000. It will be returned when we pass out the college if we show them the bill. For SNA and college union purposes, 500 rupees is given. These are the amount given in the first year. For every year ,the tuition fee is in the range of 95000. Other expenses should be taken by ourselves. The college provides MCM scholarship.
Campus Life :
The college is basically focused on studies. But still they conduct arts,sports,and other medical days like nurses day, doctors day etc. The college take us to zonal level competitions. Other festivals like onam,Christmas are all celebrated.
Hostel Facilities :
The college has its own hostel. But I along with some students opted for a hostel outside the campus. The hostel is good. It provides good food. There are some rules in hostel. We should inform the warden wherever we go and it should be only with the permission of parents. We should get inside the hostel before 6:30pm.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
