When I was enrolling for this university CUET didn't existed so we had to give online exam conducted by the University itself. The factors that made me choose this university was that the fee was alot less compared to the private college , the ambiance of this college since it is surrounded by hills and greenery, and it is quite close to my hometown. The good aspects are the ambiance and low fee structure and cost of living here the bad ones are that you don't get good quality food even though you are paying for it. The admission process was after you pass the cut off and are eligible to enroll in a subject , there is a document verification round where you have to submit all the necessary documents and then you are successfully enrolled. I prepared for these exams by studying the syllabus of 11th and 12th.
I chose this course because I was interested in programming and coding. The faculty are quite qualified they have done M.Tech , and they are quite bad at teaching they don't value the practical knowledge, but just the assignments and written exams , even if you don't know anything about programming and can't code at all but you remember the code enough to just paste it in the SATs you get the marks. The exams do take place timely and a semester ends in 3-4 months instead of 6 . The difficulty level was 3/5 and I found it easier than CBSE exams.
No actually I have not opted for any internship and neither are there any internship opportunities available with my college. You have to search for every opportunity by yourself the placement cell of IGNTU is nothing more than a joke.
There is a placement cell which emails you opening and opportunities once in 6 months. That's all. We had to find jobs by ourselves. The teachers yeah they do guide you. My plans after the degree is to search for job opportunities by myself since there is no placement offered by the University.
The fee structure of my course was rs. 3800 per semester and rs. 7600 yearly combining and for every End semester exam you have to pay rs. 300 if you're a regular student and if you're going to have to appear for backlog exam you have to pay rs. 100 per paper (for every subject you got backlog in ) , For the complete course I had to pay rs. 15200 , which is infact increasing, the last time I checked it was 4500 per semester , Tuition fees, caution fees, registration fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and the other compulsory charges were all included in semester free there was no other fee than I've mentioned. For the SC,ST and EWS candidates they had to pay rs 200 instead of 300 for the end semester exam fee. There are scholarships available for students other than general category they get around 25k-50k per year with the scholarship.
Fests happen at least once a month , mostly depends on the occasions like Onam , Hanuman jayanti , Holi etc. In library yes you can get books as they are available. Amenities in classroom are not quite that much , just a good bench desk and projector fans and windows , as well as in the department toilets and water coolers are available. Sports and extracurricular activities do happen once a semester. There are various social groups like pages on instagram ex - Igntu_Wale_Bhaiya and Sports_igntu.
I opted for hostel, the hostel mess are quite bad and not very heigenic, infrastructure is good to apply for hostel rooms you can fill out the forms and then then you can see the list if they pass on the official website , if your name is there you can enroll in the hostel that depends on how far you're from the college. Food quality is bad you can get overpriced burgers and pizzas, as well as coffee from the campus and in the hostel mess nothing more than roti , sabji ,dal and chawal , on the Sunday's dinner you get paneer which just tastes even bad and is watery.
This course was the amazing combination of art and medical science you need to be perfect in both the things. Most amazing and adventurous field ever . Faculties of our college are highly qualified and well known dentists. There teaching method was also very unique and new we have yearly exam schedule for each years
normal placement but knowledge of teachers are good but at that time experience teachers are skip the college and new teachers are join which have not any high experience in teaching life which are freshers
We have a dedicated cell career development cell specially designed to help students for internships career guidance and special training based on their preferences they guide us and provide us the internship based on those preferences.
Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.
I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.
There's a good amount of placement opportunities but the only minus point is the Training and placement department is same for the other branches of this college such as Lakshmi Naraine college of Technology and science bhopal
If you are focused on your studies you can get really good opportunities here as companies like accenture,TCS, Wipro and Tata Mahindra come here every year and many more companies too. The college provides training and placement classes from 2nd year onwards.
Yes , there is job opportunities in this college because too much companies are come with placement in this campus . Company are Come like a very well settled in It sector industries they give us opportunity to make carrier bright
MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
