Likes
- Infrastructure ,like smart boards . projectors , library, sports facilities, labs etc. other than this the faculty members are approachable and supportive.
- Campus life , like cultural events , student clubs, social interactions .
Dislikes
- Some facilities like cafeteria could be more better , specific department (DOC) could be more better .
- Few faculty are less engaging in their approach and not that approachable.
Remarks :
I selected ips academy for its strong placement record, morden curriculum and excellent campus facilities. There is no entrace exam as such in this course particularly. But there is criteria of minimum score of 60% . Good aspects are skilles faculty , vibrent campus life and strong placements . Bad aspects are the infrastructure of particularly commerce department .
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose bcom because of its relevance and the career opportunities its offers. The curriculum also includes practical training and internships. The faculty members are highly qualified with most holding (PHD’s, experienced in teaching etc). The teaching methods combine lectures, case studies, and hand on projects , the faculties are supportive and approachable too. Exams are conducted as per schedule without delays. The exams are moderately challenging with a mix of theoretical and application based questions. Regular classes and assignments are sufficient to perform well
Internships Opportunities :
The company is internsveda and they are offering internships and training programs . Stipend is 8000 to 15000 for the internship program. The profile and tasks is digital marketing, advanced excel, finance etc.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for campus placements during final year (3rd year ) eligibility criteria include minimum 70CGPA in academics and completion of internships and relevant certificates. Companies visting campus are indian oil corporation (IOCL) , vedanta , gas authority of india , for profiles like marketing, data analysis etc. the highest package is 10LPA , avg package is 6-7 LPA . My plan after completion of degree to do masters from IMS DAVV.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Year 1st - 60,000 ( including: caution fee ,admission fee, registration fee, tution fee.) Year 2nd - 55,000 Year 3rd - 45,000 Complete course fee is 1,60,000 no fee increase . Scholarship is provided to SC/ST and OBC OR MENORITY students as per the fees . There is no difference in fees of any category student .
Campus Life :
Campus life at ips academy is vibrant and engaging . Students participates in various social and cultural activities trough clubs and societies. Clubs like , focuses in drama , robotics and debates etc , promotes community services and social impact initiatives. College fests , the campus host sports day in the month of December every year which includes cricket, basketball, football, race competitions. Another popular event is ULLAS it is organised in month of January every year it is a annual fest of commerce department offering dance competition , fun activities etc.
Hostel Facilities :
No i didn’t opted for hostel or any room or pg because I’m from indore only college is only 2km away from my house . One of my friend lives in collage hostel so i can say that the quality of food is good menu is also good thats all i know about the hostel of my collage.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa
Life at School Of Commerce, Devi Ahilya University
Placement Experience :
The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
