Honest review of the college in Calicut university by a student

- The view from collage is really breathtaking, those mountains and the fog especially in rainy season the collage looks extremely beautiful and Cool and we could stand and enjoy the view for the entire day.
- The maintenance of surrounding well maintained gardens which includes verity’s of flowers in different colours which are so attractive and beautiful , fruit tress , vegetables garden.. etc collage is so close to nature.
- Friendly teachers , they are really helpful and supportive in everything and they are well trained and knowledgeable.
- The most wonderful festival is Christmas it is a massive celebration . It is just perfect,
- Library is one of most popular one . Which has many books journals, novel , exam oriented books, referrals are all available
Dislikes
- No of course are very few there are only six departments in college and so the number of students also low .
- Boys hostel there is no more number of hostel as compared to girls hostel. For boys there is only one apartment I guess.
Remarks :
I chose the subject psychology science as my plus two subject because of I want to know what’s going on and I could go with science subjects without maths. After those two years I chose this subject as passion because I really loved to study about it and I’m Edgarly want to know about everything I really ready to explore all of it and this course is wast like we could to any kind of field like sports, business, school, college, hospital, airport, neurology, science clinical, counselling, teaching, … etc there is so many options are available. The bad aspect is to be honest there is such thing but still in this country this area upcoming and it is a real competitive area if have the skill then you can survive not only with knowledge. I applied through online I’ve applied to several schools lace and this collage is my first option.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I personally really loved this course and that’s why chosen this collage particularly. The faculty of this collage is so much better and more interesting, top of it they are friendly we could ask for any kind of help from them and the will provide the needed things in proper time . Also they provide proper class with all information . Complete the chapters on time . All are qualified teachers most of them has years of experience.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes , I attended an internship in Ernakulam in a hospital . It is a psychiatric hospital which has numbers of patients in there in both genders. I take the internship for a month it was a really good experience and worth every penny of my money that I spent there . It was my first more accurate practical experience in this field. I learned about many things how to apply what and were to and … etc
Placement Experience :
No campus placement for degree students because of the minimum qualification for this particular field is post graduate and after graduation we could place a name board in or house by saying as a consultant psychologist. Ee could also work in different sectors like sports psychology, arts psychology, school psychology, workplace psychology, business psychology, airport management psychology, clinical psychology, neurological psychology, counselling psychology, health psychology , developmental psychology, life skills psychology, hospital psychology…..etc still we got a placement in a company of online counselling we will get free internship and all .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
360,00 is the admission free which includes all the laboratories charges, library charges, festival charges, maintenance charges, pta charges, registration fee, development fee , caution deposit ( its around 200,0 ) examination fees, sports and cultural activities fess , technology fess, id card … etc it all included in 360,00 of admission fees . After that per semester contains almost 126,00 fees and the exam charges around 500 per semester to university . This all are the main chargers and if we prefer to stay in hostel the charges is around 500,0 . That’s the charge which includes both the rent and mess food . There are too many options for preferences in selection of hostel multiple options are there .
Campus Life :
There are numbers of fest content in the collage the first week start which program.. orientation . It’s in June and July, union day in August, September, and there will be mental health week , Onam celebrating in august , Devali celebrating, Christmas in December which is the best festival ever which is the most awaited festival in this collage .. inter collage fest . Academy and technical activities like quiz, debate, paper presentations, workshops, case study, add on courses, hackathons … etc . Cultural activities like dance , music, drama , art and crafts expo, cultural programs… etc fun and entertainment like Photo Booth , food fest , gaming, dj night , carnival…etc social and awareness activities also there . There are also many more clubs to contact the programs that are actively working.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel that choose is rear by the collage . The view from my hostel room is college it’s pretty good thing . The hostel is actually is a apartment but works like hostel and the food was so good they provide non veg food for five days in a week mostly all day we god something non veg for nights the break fast also the best the idli with two curry are my favourite.everything about apartment is too good . The curfew is about 6:00 . There is another area for having the food . Peroration of food all occur there. Four members are in my room attached bathroom is available, four chair , table, cupboard, and shelf are there hangers too .

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
