Likes
- Infrastructure of the college is really good and food is really healthy and the kitchen is kept too clean.
- Faculty is really helpful and approachable. Any kind of problem is addressed by the faculty and any student can go for advice to supporting faculty.
Dislikes
- Hostel is sharing. MBA requires privacy and at the same time networking. The hostel life here doesnt support the concept of privacy for most the boys.
- The last shuttle from college is at 8 40. Students who live in boys hostel away from the campus find it really hard to study during exams as there is no library facility in the hostel.
Remarks :
CAT scoring and interview are required to join the college. I had no other options as I decided to join MBA in the end of June 2023. So, BIMTECH was offering PGDM course for my CAT and I joined it and it was one of the best step.
Course Curriculum Overview :
PGDM Finance is my specialisation. I chose this to make a career in portfolio management. This college hosts the best of professors with years of experience. The faculty here is really helpful and also act as good mentors. Academics in the 1st year is a bit hectic but students enjoy the schedule.
Internships Opportunities :
I was offered to go to France as a part of exchange program. I was asked to complete an research in place of internship. Faculty was really helpful during the research. The placement cell also helped me to gain an internship for a period of one month which was optional.
Placement Experience :
Most of the students do get placed if they are competent enough. The college offers various support like CV checking, training for GD and interviews etc. But it depends on luck and also the students capabilities to gain a pplacement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees in paid twice a year. Tution fees total to 1300000 in two years and hostel plus mess fees 4 lacs for 2 years. During joining payment of 1lac approx is included in the above 13lacs fees. Other than that there are no compulsory fees in the form of examination fees or etc.
Campus Life :
Life at campus is full of events. We are encouraged to play different sports and other activities to make of CV more attracting. Students are also encouraged to participate in various case study and corporate competitions. Various colleges come over for participating in the sports meet organised by BIMTECH
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel fees amount to a total of 4 lacs approx. Boys are given sharing accommodation for first year out of the campus and bus service is provided to reach campus at an interval of 30 mins. This college offers mandatory residential program.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.

Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
