- Bhu have a great unforgettable campus. Whole campus feels like a campus.
- Teaching faculty are very educated and all of them are worked with a lot government research programme. Few members are also members of vaccine development committee of corona virus , it is a very proud moment to get a tution by them.
Dislikes
- There are a lot of things in college so students gets easily diverted.
- Bhu have a very good facilities for research but according to there recent records they are not doing that much.
Remarks :
Admission is done through CUET and online councelling process. For B Sc bio programs cut off is approx 80 percent. You can easily prepare with ncert and online. For bsc bio group with pcb english is compulsory.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bhu is the best universities if you are really interested in science, scientific seminar, fests etc. here are held frequently. There are very good labs lashed with modern and classical equipments. Teachers are very well qualified. There 2 exams per semester.
Internships Opportunities :
Till now my coarse is not completed, Recently final year students were asked to work with on going research in college in the department of biomedical science and also in biochemistry for the lab assistant and stipend was 38k per month.
Placement Experience :
There are very less placement opportunities for b sc programs. Main placement opportunities are ongoing research in college or other research center. Sometimes some companies also visits for there desirable trades. Educational institutions like Akash, Physics Walla and local colleges visits regularly for there teaching faculty.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Admission fee 3850 rupees and after this you have to pay 235 rupees per semester. Category wise fee differs but in complete coarse you have to pay between 5000 to 7000 . For management seat you have to pay 20k once at the time of admission. There are scholarship schemes for bellow poverty line students of 30k per year. There are not any hidden charges like lab , library, wifi etc.
Campus Life :
Bhu have a broad campus. Whole campus is covered with garden and trees. Each department have there own labs, library, garden and all other things. There is Annual fest Akansha, and other fests like inter hostel sport tournament , quiz etc are also held frequently. There are a lot of club some of them are run by senior students and faculty members.
Hostel Facilities :
Infrastructure of hostel is good but degin is old like fort or temple. Mess is run by tenders but controlled by warden and co ordinators. Rooms are equipped with fan , window, bed , table, chair, wifi etc. In locality you can get a pg at 5-7 k and rooms at 2-3 k.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
