- Eco-friendly. The campus is surrounded by forest.
- Peaceful. With a lake nearby it creates a peaceful environment
Dislikes
- Stray dogs. There are too many stary dogs and they often create problems.
- Small infrastructure issue have arraised recently.
Remarks :
Entry to this college is based on keam rank with an average score i get here and it has 2nd best college in kollam. There are less placements compared to previous. Here they concentrate more on to academic scores than skils
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are 2 semester in a year and each semester have sem exam. Minimum qualifying mark out of 100 is 40. Total out of 150, 75 marks should be attained. Teachers and faculties are too cool and supportive
Internships Opportunities :
It finds difficult to get internship opportunities. Private industry internships are there which do not offer stipend and we need to pay them. Which often doesn't seems to be internship its more like training.
Placement Experience :
For attending placement about 60% marks should be secures in btech. With no arrears. Highest package is 4lpa-6lpa. About 30% students get placed. Most students otherthan cs opt for higher studies psu exams etc
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For btech merit the tution fee is 35000, for management 65000 for NRI 100000 Along with there are additional fee College special fee 2000 Lab and library 2000 Ktu arts and sports 530 Arts fee 200 Sports fee 200 Magazine fee 200 Union and other 400 Cgpc 500
Campus Life :
There are NSS, IEDC, IEEE, ASSOCIATION OF DEPARTMENTS ETC. they all organise various activities workshop talk session according to students needs thereby improving skills. Techfest is one of the main event conducted where students can showcase there skill.
Hostel Facilities :
College Hostels are not yet there. Only private hostels are there. And about the mess its not up to marks. Usually hostlers used eat from outside hotels. Mess food created problems. And high fees are to be paid

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
