- Waking up early bcz timings are from 8.30
- Not providing hostels for paramedical students
Remarks :
I have given pgimer paramedical exam...and secured a rank then they had a counselling. It was an all India level exam...you need to clear that before getting admission in this college. They'll keep your original documents
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is very good..and faculty is so nice. There is a semester system. The semester starts from September as a first semester and have exams in the month of February including internals and externals
Internships Opportunities :
Right now the internship is without stipend, but they will start providing it with stipend also. I am just a beginner so I'll have internship in my last year, we will be getting internship stipend till then
Placement Experience :
Internship is provided for the students who have done the course from here only, no outsider are allowed to join the internship here, I'll go abroad after doing this degree bcz pgimer holds a good rank in Asia
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Same fees for every category , they take money via card payment only and not via cash , they give you receipt which you should keep safe and they'll give you stipend also if you have choose a stipend seat
Campus Life :
There is atleast 6 to 7 canteens , one library only for students no outsider allowed, although it's an hospital, we have clinical duties and so on , there are many events like sports activities , conference, and much more
Hostel Facilities :
There is hostel but they all are in waiting..fully booked ...but i have tried the food in the mess..that so good at affordable price, but we have to wait for about 2 to 3 years to get into hostel......

Placement Experience :
College offers on campus placements opportunities in the 4th year of the course . Many reputed companies like Apple , Amazon , PhonePe , Maruti Suzuki etc visits campus for rhe placements. Highest and average package is around 60 lakhs and 17 lakhs respectively . 90 % students got placed this year

I don't have much idea about eligibility criteria because I have been in the clg 3 months. Company like Jp Morgan godrej britannia etc are the tip recruiters in our branch. This semester My H and Q company have given intern to many students. I am planning for government jobs. 40% of students are places in my branch.

Placemnts are better than other nits like hamirpur nit Jalandhar and nit kurukshetra also better than some private college like thapar its avg is like 13 lakh and median is 12 lakh for electrcal its same median avg is 14.5 and cse avg goes 20+ and ai avg 19 lakhs

placements are good and you can get the official data on college websity of my branch 94 placed out of 127 and avg package is 13.1 and median is 12 lpa but cse avg this year goes 20 + lpa but lower branch like civil has some low placemnt stats as many students go for foriegn ms or higher studies or gate psu from civil

The placement rate of chitkara is great from the starting of third year you can apply for placements . Various companies like Wipro,hero, Tata motors, Reliance, Lenovo visits for placements. The average package is around 8 lpa and heights is 45 lpa, from the college there are 100% placement rate.

There is minimum 4 months of internship we have to do in 6th semester and on campus opportunities is very good. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, BMW, jp Morgan, AMEX came with highest package of 86 LPA

Course Curriculum Overview :
I was never interested in this course but due to family stress I was forced to do this and later on it was much intrested than any other subject. The beginning and end of universe is all what engineering teaches us and if somebody will find it not interesting then he should cut himself from this world.

The placement is quite very low for my department and my course. University is practicing for encouraging more companies for our course placement. It is improving but now the placement is low for my course . Like from last year only 5 were placed out of 60.
