- I like placements of my college. The faculty are also very helpful and understanding.
- The fest of my college is fantastic. Many celebrities come to my college during fests and lot of interesting events take place.
Dislikes
- 2nd and 3rd year hostels need to be improved.
- The location of prayagraj is is not so good. The climate is extreme.
Remarks :
Mnnit is a premium college that comes in Top nits and it is alse near to my home. Also I got a good branch. That's why I chose this college. The college admits students on the basis of their jee mains rank. The cutoff for any branch for general candidates is around 32-33k.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because of my interest in electronic appliances. The faculty is highly experienced and expert in their field of interest. Two exams i.e. mid sem and end sem happen in a semester. Their difficulty is of moderate to tough level.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for internship. Many students go for internships in companies like Microsoft Google etc. Mostly software inclined students go for internships and they are provided with good stipends.
Placement Experience :
MNNIT is always known for its top notch placements. This year companies like samsung, oracle, Microsoft, Qualcomm visited our college. Highest package offered was 71.14 lakhs and average package of all branches was 19.48 lakhs. Percentage of students placed was around 90%
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For general candidates, first semester fee is 98500 including 5000 as security amount. For subsequent semesters the fee is 93500. For students having family income between 1 to 5 lakhs the first semester fee is 56833 including 5k as security amount. For subsequent semesters the fee is 51833. For students having family income less than 1 lakh, the first semester fee is 36000 including 5k as security amount. For subsequent semesters the fee is 31000. They don't have to pay tuition fee.
Campus Life :
Culrav (cultural fest) and Avishkar(Technical fest) happen in second/third week of november. Book are easily availability in library. Classrooms are air conditioned and properly ventilated and contain smart boards. Several sports are played and there is gym facility also. Many clubs like art, chess, robotics etc are run by college.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes i have opted for hostel. Mess food is ok to good. It includes breakfast lunch snacks and dinner in which menu for each day in a week is different. 2nd and 3rd year hostels require some improvement. 1st and 4th year hostels are good. Hostel room is allotted during the physical reporting/registration.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
