- I like most is the Campus life.I got lot of good friends.
- The college faculties are very friendly and supportive.
Dislikes
- The internal exam stress they given to students are very high.
- They will not allow students to write exam if they don't pay the fees
Remarks :
To get admission, we have to clear Kmat or Cmat examination.If we take admission early, college will provide training to them at free of cost to clear cmat and kmat exam.Then next process is we have to clear selection process conducted by the college Admission Lot.In this selection process there will be three rounds- Interview with Principal- Each Student will have to clear face to face interview with principal. Rope Game- Students will put into 1 group consist of four members.Here there will one table and ropes tied with magnet. Here coins will be put in corner and the Students should communicate and arrange all the coins to center. Here mainly college is aiming the communication skill of Students. Toastmasters- Here each Students have to talk on random topic in English for 2 minutes. For each 3 rounds there will be separate scorecard. If the Students clear all 3 rounds,then only student will get admission in LEAD College of Management. There is no other written examination.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course Curriculum, Academics and Faculties are top class in my college.College management will hire faculties who having PhD or pursuing PhD.This decision of Management helped Students and college at Top 2nd MBA college in kerala.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, I have done 2 internship.First I worked in a CA firm for 2 months with a stipend of rupees 4000.I don't done any projects from there.Second was done at Qatar during FIFA World Cup Qatar as Finance Supervisor.
Placement Experience :
The placement offered by college is minimum ctc of rupees 400000 and maximum ctc of 120000.The eligibility to get placement is we have to go for internship for 2 months. LEAD have a record of 100 percentage placement. My plan is to get a good job in Accounting sector after my degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
LEAD College of Management is a Residential MBA college and they charge fees on package basis.For 2 years the total fee will be 700000.Admission fee of rupees 20000 we have to pay in the beginning for booking our seat.In MBA there will four semesters, for each semester we have to pay fee of rupees 170000.This include Tution fee, Admission fees, Hostel fee, university exam fee, mess fee and other expenses.The fees classification of each semesters are below- Tution Fees- 90000 Hostel and Mess Fees- 40000 Others-40000 My college doesn't provide any scholarship for students, but they provide benefits for first 100 students take Admission.They will offered a Malaysian trip or All India trip at free of cost. No additional cost is charged for this trip. At present (2025) the college fees is increased from 700000 to 800000 rupees. This increase in fees is due to improved infrastructure and placement opportunities.
Campus Life :
The Campus life in my college was very nice. Montly college conducted some special events like sports, LMAD, L- Fest, OBT and other events collaborated with other colleges. There is a big Library hall in my college for those who have interest in reading books and there is Lions club and Rotaract club for students who are interested in Social activity.
Hostel Facilities :
There is separate hostel for mens and girls. Earlier hostel was in one building for boys and girls,now they construct separate big quslity building with good rooms with free wifi for boys and girls. It is compulsory to stay in college, we cannot stay outside in rent or pg because our college is a Residential college.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
