Likes
- Well the availablity of different food courts and the good quality of thier food at reasonable prices is a great thing.
- The symmetry of the infrastructure.Like the buildings are all in redstone design.
Dislikes
- Students can't access the lifts.It gets tiring to climb four floors to just attend one class on some days.
- The faculties that you are not a student of won't be helpful if you need to know something.(This is my experience only)
Remarks :
I wanted to do bachelors in statistics.Getting into delhi university was a big thing for me because there were only 7 colleges for a general category male in this course.In NCR only Amity University has this course so i got here. To get in amity you need to do an online registration through their application website and then depending on your 12th class marks they will decide wether to call you for an interview exam or they can give you direct admission if you have scored good in 12th
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course is not very stressing because there are less subjects and the teachers of my department are very helpful because applied sciences is chosen by less students nowadays so the teachers obviously connect with all students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees for first two semesters- 69000 Registration fess-1500 .Security amount-20000 .Total aggregate of 8 semesters- around 6 lakhs My friend is pursuing B.tech engineering in Mechanical engineering and his aggregate fees is somewhere around 13 lakhs.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very happening and fun. As soon as the 1st year people came this year(including me) out university conducted the Sangathan sports event which was very fun. The Amity central library can provide every book that a student needs and is very spacious for the students to sit and study peacefully.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
